CELTIC have completed the signing of promising Arsenal teenager Armstrong Okoflex.

The 16-year-old forward, who has represented Ireland and England at youth level, left the Gunners in the summer, despite making an impact as one of their emerging prospects.

Okoflex was brought up in Dublin and was at Tolka Rovers as a kid before he was invited to London where he had trials with West Ham and Spurs before opting to move to Arsenal five years ago

The signing of the youngster, who will likely join the club’s development side, fits the profile of young, talented players who are given the opportunity to flourish under the guidance of Brendan Rodgers.
