NIGERIAN striker Henry Onyekuru has been given the green light to make a summer switch to Celtic.
The Hoops were unsuccessful in their January move for the exciting 19-year-old attacker after his Belgian club KAS Eupen rejected their £1million bid.
A disappointed Onyekuru staged a vanishing act and missed three first team games before returning during the week.
Eupen have now agreed to let him join a new club at the end of the current campaign and as things stand that means that Brendan Rodgers is getting his man!
Onyekuru said: “It wasn’t easy while it lasted, but I thank God it’s been resolved.
“An agreement was reached with Eupen that I will be allowed to move in the summer to my club of choice.
“For now, I remain with Eupen until the end of the season.”
