CELTIC target Rasmus Falk has confirmed he will quit Danish side OB Odense at the end of the season.
The winger’s contract expires in the summer and he has resisted agreeing an extension.
Hoops boss Ronny Deila is reported to have already made contact with Falk’s agents to discuss a potential move to the SPFL champions.
The 24-year-old Danish international said in a statement issued by his agent: “I have taken many decisions in my life, but the decision I have taken now has been amongst the most difficult.
“It is also the reason why it has taken time for me to decide that I cannot prolong my contract with OB. “I have never hidden my feelings for the club, that will always stay close to my heart, but I also have to think about the fact that I have a football career, which is limited in time.”
Falk is a product of the club’s youth system and made his breakthrough to the first team squad in 2010.
He has represented Denmark at six levels from Under-16s to the full international side.
