   Sad to hear of the passing of another boyhood hero of mine

    

   RIP Tommy.

    

   Left us with so many memories. Not many deserve the title ‘Legend’, but for you, it was fully justified.

    

    

   That’s some team being assembled up there.

   Great player . .Fabulous full back .. I was never one for hero worshipping but I really really really rated Tommy Gemmell..

    

    

   Often saw him in a pub near Charing X .. I wasn’t old enough to be there and I’m sure that Tommy’s Boss wouldn’t have been delighted to know that Tommy was there. . I never spoke to the man but Hey -he had a presence !!!!.
