100%, watching this weekly is as much a reason for drop in crowds as is the lack of support of the board on many issues.
Can I ask, what did Darnell Fisher do wrong in last game, that he not in squad ?

My heart sinks every time I see us play 2 wingers especially away from home. It just crowds the space that our full backs can attack. 2 wingers has been a failed experiment for too long.
One injection of pace, one moment of quality. Apart from that there was little of note from us. Pedestrian and lacking in guile most of the half.
We need more from Stokes up front. He has to offer a focal point in this formation and give others someone to play off. Obviously he also has to stay onside …

Complete non-event of a first half, lovely early goal excepted. KC Izzy and VVD our best performers, Forrest and Stokes not involved, Sammi unbelievably poor (and looks totally disinterested). ICT very poor.

When commentators are as anti-Celtic as these people are, I am surprised that so many on here are more happy, it would seem, to criticise our team than to make comment against those who so obviously hate us. Very disappointing.

FF and the 4 defenders playing very well, Brown & Commons Ok. Ledley, Forrest , Stokes & Sammi poor. If you take opening minutes out a poor performance. Biton for Sammi would be my first substitution.

Stokes, samaras and Forrest, woeful!! Brown and Lesley have far to much ground to cover, commons even back helping the defense, when samaras and Forrest should be doing that, bin them. Agree about the diamond shape way more productive. What was the deal with the 2 buses being searched in morrisons car park about 11 this morning? Even the wife thought it a disgrace?
Good goal sees Celtic firmly in the driving seat, as ICT then strangle the game.
The tried and trusted Forrest and Samaras on the flanks isn’t working because
it’s only 1-0, and we haven’t bought another striker because the window is still
closed.
ICT’s problems will reoccur when they’ve to try and play football in the second half
and Celtic score on the break.

Celtic playing well within themselves, need to see us take better control of the midfield.

I agree re the quality of performance …..we have played well away from home at times …today is a typical home performance ….we generally play better than this away

What happened to the great Stokes we saw earlier this season? Not showed anything for weeks now. Needs subbed. So does Sammi- the Greek enigma. Lennie, make the changes. You know It makeso sense.
YET AGAIN samaras and forest reported missing…..no doubt the “he’s just a kid” brigade will shoot me down but I dont see what the fuss is with forest…waste of a jumper for me..

I am looking forward to getting to see the Celtic at the New year Game.
Today on a rutted pitch at a traditionally tough venue, we are leading and fairly comfortable.
Of course, it is not an entertaining game, but I prefer a non-entertaining game where we are winning to a non-entertaining one where we lose.
46 more minutes till NFL joins that select group of Willie Maley and MON.

Fisher has taken ill. There is, as usual, nothing bizarre in the fact that a player is missing.
Take off Sammi and Stokes and bring on Balde and Atajic. They can’t be any worse, can they?

HT ICT 0-1 Celtic
Not the best game I’ve ever seen. ICT packing midfield making it tough for us to find space. Was hoping after Kris scored that we would settle down and play some decent stuff but it didn’t happen. Defence kas been solid again. Good to see Mathews back in his best position at right back. He and Izzy have both played well.
With the addition of Virgil this is basically the same team as last year. Hopefully this tansfer window we will see some more productive business. Keep our defenders and Commons and listen to offers for everyone else. 2 for 1 offer for Sammi and James might attract a buyer.
Can’t really see ICT scoring here.Unfortunately, we don’t seem to have a goal threat either. Someone should remind Lenny of the side and tactics that tore Hearts apart a few weeks ago.

Set aside any allegiances he may have , Gary McAllister is boring.
He offers absolutely zero insight, and it suspect like may so called experts, he is simply trundling along, until some 3rd rate football club is daft enough to employ him.
If BT are serious about entering the sports market, they need to up their game – ask yourself, if you weren’t a Celtic fan, would you seriously pay to watch this?
