It’s you, it’s all you, CQN Magazine and Annual out now!

590

It’s all go here, the latest edition of CQN Magazine went live online late last night.  There is a whole section on the goings-on in Amsterdam, together with ‘Dam’-ing video evidence of police assaults on Celtic supporters.  There are a full 26 articles by some of the most talented writers from the Celtic community.

As we’re near the year end, check out ‘Doc’s Year on CQN’.  You can read the whole thing online by clicking here.  Use the buttons at the bottom right of the magazine to navigate through the pages.

I see it is alleged that Charles Green’s signature on the document, submitted to Companies House, is a forgery!  ‘Hooks’ are cited on the signature where hooks don’t always otherwise appear.

I do hope, for Mr Green’s sake, his signature is consistently without hooks.  A man who has held as many directorships as Green will have signed his name many time.  Let’s hope few resemble the forgery.  It would also help if there was no material supporting Craig Whyte’s claim to be a director of Sevco 5088 Ltd, which would be downright inconvenient, especially evidence from Green himself that he “handed the company back” to Whyte.

The tide surrounding the events in Amsterdam last week is beginning to turn.  Ajax were fined €25k for a group of their fans displaying an offensive banner.  The Dutch champions will take steps to recover the fine from those responsible for the banner, which will surely reduce the chances of a repeat offense to practically zero.

The CQN Annual is off the presses and pre-orders will be posted today!  Its 226 full colour pages of Celtic Delight, written and produced by the Celtic support.  You can order online in plenty time to discretely read yourself before passing it off as a Christmas present. Just make sure Craig Whyte is not around to tape you reading it out loud, or when you sign any documents, for that matter.

My thanks to everyone who contributed to the Annual.  It has been an epic undertaking but I’m sure you’ll love it.[calameo code=000390171e05b9b63a832 lang=en page=92 hidelinks=1 width=100% height=500]

  1. I watched and listened to that article with big nan, outstanding, very well put, straight to the point and superb delivery, ohhhhhh! But there where a few arses twitching and squirming there, most looked very uncomfortable, and funnily enough the guy from the tufts club who had no idea about these things, in the end! Well my, did he ever catch on quick, once again sir, well done, and good luck.

At 50-minutes in I give evidence of the peculiarly Orange flavour of Scottish Freemasonry and speak of the late Paul McBride’s concerns re juries peculiarly Scots prejudices.

Also discussions re Masons, Orangemen, Speculative Society, Opus Dei, and Masonic obligations among judges.

Hope that my supporters on CQN think I did them justice.

    Tom,

speaking just for myself, you do more than justice to the subject.

An outstanding delivery, on message all the time, not distracted, a wonderful rational opinion given with sound historical reference, and a call for transparency.

Your obviously a man with a lifetimes experiences, and that came across superbly.

It wasnt a performance, it was a lesson to those in the room.

    Well done,

Is the transcript allowed to be copied ? could it be placed in the next CQN magazine.

For anyone interested in Social Justice in our Scotland, rather than be scared about this Scotland, back Toms campaign and support change that really can make a difference.

    Get this watched.

No worries but I need everyone from CQN to come to The Phoenix on Friday and chip in to my upfront costs for Friday. ;)

Congratulations, you put the case across well, and in doing so have persuaded the Committee to seek input from the some of the bodies likely to have a masonic presence. As with others on here like the concept of the “conflict of oaths”, oaths some of the Committee were keen to underplay. Like also your description of Jack Straw, and the context of his ending the policy re masonic judges in 2009. Keep us up to date re further developments.

ps I am sure there are a few on here that are members of a secret society, meets in Glasgow every Friday at a secret location. You need to keep an (all seeing) on them as well!

Thank you for taking the time to raise this issue with you MSP. The Celtic Trust will be pleased. I am very busy with AGM stuff and other stuff or I would give you a more extensive reply. I will try and come back to you with more details at a later date. Maybe even later tonight.

  10. It appears that the claimant of £914,000 parliamentary expenses (some of it to help with the upkeep of his twelve bed roomed second home) Ian Duncan Smith, managed to absent himself from the country when the continuance of the bedroom tax was being discussed at Westminster.

Not so reticent was his Tory colleague Stratford on Avon MP Nadhim Zawahi, who not lacking in brass neck showed up for the debate. This was the fine fellow, who put forward the familiar defence of a ‘mistake’ perhaps even one of the familiar ‘honest’ variety, in relation to electricity claimed for heating, amongst other things, stables at his second home.

Woe betide the resident of Easterhouse or the Drum, who makes such an honest mistake.

The more we see of this lot, and the supine opposition to them provided by Labour, the more appealing a Yes vote becomes next September.

  11. Big Nan

I thought you were outstanding in your presentation, my particular favourite was logic being stood on its head, I wonder and maybe you do to if this was the cause of the 2.1 decision in the FTTT and The Nimmo Smith judgement and punishments, excellent .

  12. FourGreenFields Supports Resolution 12 at the AGM on

Just in fro work , haven’t read back but this is the latest response I have received from one of the MSPs I have contacted .

Further to my email dated 6 November 2013 you may have seen from reports last week that we are one step closer to securing an early review of the 0ffensive Behaviour at Football: Threatening Communications (Scotland) Act 2012.

The SNP Government is the only thing standing in the way of an early review, but it looks like the strength of feeling amongst the public is making them think again.

As I mentioned in my previous email I share your concerns about the impact the law is having on football fans and their relationship with the police. We need an early review and I will continue to put pressure on the SNP Government to see sense.

    Keep up the pressure .

  13. Big Nan,

You put the case forward very well and also rather eloquently if I may say so.

It is indeed a touchy subject in Scotland.

Well done mate, you certainly didn’t let me down.

Good news that Celtic are creating an avenue style approach to the Stadium in time for next years Scottish Cup final. Am I right in thinking that the new museum, theatre etc will not be part of that timescale. Could be an opportunity to create some temporary structures, marquee, box city type facilities, food drinks et al. The amount of space that will be created without the school will be incredible, if only temporary. Got to take advantage of that!

  15. Well done to Mr Tom Minogue….you could give oor Virgil a run for his money …very very cool…there were a couple there with squeaky bums …braw …and MSP Wilson had one eye on you and the other looking for ye….very dodgy….but a very cool delivery…from me you get a …braw!

Thanks. I am just an individual who asked his MSP a question abou the injustice of the act and have been drawn in somewhat deeper than I expected. Paul will give you my e-mail address if you ask him.

  18. Well done Big Nan.

Just put Radio Shorty on , see they have the intellectual heavy weights on tonight…..Kris Boyd & EBT Doddsy.

    Just switched back off!

  19. Big Nan – good petition and well presented

the guy who said the oath is ‘pantomime like’ and means nowt, if so why do members bother with it and why do they continue as membership?

it does not take a genius to know some people are unsuitable for particular cases, how can you proclaim to hate a person, people or group while being impartially when sitting in their judgement?

how can you send your brother to the gallows when you have pleaded an oath to him?

your petition had far more merit than some on that panel appeared to give it.

but then it takes lots of small steps to leap forward and it starts with one guy asking the questions.

sure I read somewhere that the timescale would not allow for the museum, superstore, ticket office and café etc… to be built before the commonwealth games. I would guess the money/ contracts are in place for this to happen immediately after the games. maybe some people will stop moaning about what the board are doing with our money once celtic park and the envois is done up as is planned.

    since last season:

    wifi in stadium – done

    kerrydale bar- done

    family section – upgraded

new and upgraded lounges in north stand – done

elevated disabled seating – in progress

avenue of hero’s i.e. museum, ticket office, café, superstore – in progress

investment in players – 7 million last summer

couple of new standing area – lets hope so

    Kerrydale bar was always there.

    Lounges imo are not improved.

Spending on players don’t go there.

Like the rest we are still waiting.

  23. Watching Big Nan video there and thought he did brilliantly. One point which left me a bit bewildered, and perhaps someone can give me their view , was re the point big Nan made about -as an example- would it be fair to have a BNP member sit on a jury on a case for an asylum seeker?. The response was that if indeed there was a BNP member on the jury, it would be expected that this would be brought to the court attention by the clerk of the court. Surely that was the whole point of Big Nan’s case though, in that, no one would know?
