In little over a week we go to Ibrox, where our hosts are already fretting over the absence of a player who tested positive after flying to Zambia on international duty.
Travel through international airports, on connecting coaches and flights, brings a jeopardy until domestic travel. With so many players away on international duty and set to return in the days before going to Ibrox, we face a lottery. There is nothing Celtic can do about this and little the players can do. It will be a tense few days when they arrive back at Lennoxtown.

Now if I remember, when Sevco were under the stewardship of Slippy G, their players powers of recovery were remarkable, similar to the some of the playing staff at Dortmund under Klopp, Slippy’s old gaffer.
Now I am not for one minute saying that miracles don’t happen, however, an hour in Ramsey is still on the park in a crucial International match.
