    Artmedia walloped us, others have come to CP and passed us off the park – we had almost zero over two legs; nothing.

     

     

    We weren’t unlucky.

     

    We weren’t robbed.

     

    We weren’t stifled.

     

    We weren’t off our game.

     

     

    We were beaten by a team of journey men. We are a poor team who do our season defining games at our nadir.

    Lest anyone misunderstands me, this is on the executive or the person who calls the shots – fool me one shame on you, fool me twice shame on me.

     

     

    If they were happy with his body of work, a contract extension should have been offered and signed before the summer break.

     

     

    If they weren’t, he should have been replaced.

     

     

    Easier said than done, but that’s why you’re paid the big bucks.

    Cowards, the lot of them, weak mentally. An arrogant ego for a manager at war with a bunch of egotistical dinosaurs on a board. The only world class thing about Celtic are the fans. Beyond pathetic.

    Celtic always seem to be their own worst enemies. Whenever we get a half decent group of players together, we sell the better ones and have to build again. It looks like we’re destined just to prevail in Scotland. I pity those fans facing a long depressing journey home. I also dread Sunday approaching. What a gloom merchant I am! Sorry.

    In a game when we needed goals we kept Kenny and Shin on the bench the whole game. They mightn’t have made any difference but they our only other strikers.

    We didn’t create chances over 210mins is imo down to the excessive amount of time we waste playing crab football between The back four and the goalkeeper side to side and repeat passing, teams know can’t score when doing so and so do the fans, opposing team have us sussed

    Angeball seems an awfully long time ago. This turgid side to side nonsense was just about tolerable when combined with success. But now the success is dissipating before our eyes and we are sliding into mediocrity where the only level required is being better than a very poor Sevco. Shameful dereliction of duty by our senior management.

    They’re a bunch of charlatans that would get chased at any other Club. Lawwell’s lad is still out of work after 18 months.

    The worst 2 legged European tie I have seen in a very long time across all Euro comps. And tonight we could see just how bad Kairat are – they will be thumped senseless in the CL. This is a low point we haven’t seen for many a long year. Many are culpable for this shambles but I have neither the energy or inclination to even go there tonight.

    Pitiful preformance, likely the worst result in our european history in CL. Cant even bring myself to be angry, it was obvoius we needed more fire power leading up to this tie but the board showed once again that they don’t have the leadership skills or ability to operate at a semi-elit level. The supporters will now be asked to pay premium prices for the europa league.

    I’m furious!! Rodgers needs sacked for his lack of adventure and purpose with that team. Barely a shot home and away – THAT IS NOT THE CELTIC WAY!!

     

     

    Sack him now and re-invogorate this club – do it not and our season is in trouble!!

     

     

    We spent the last few weeks moaning about lack of signings – telling the team they are not good enough!

    I thought again the whole starting midfield was garbage mcgregor really is taking the piss pointing or sideways backwards passing ,a joke if if wasn’t so serious, forrest is a 30 minute player we now rely on him and he hasn’t got it ,the constant passing back to the goalkeeper on that surface was asking for trouble , but concrete boot maeda cost us the tie.

    We couldn’t score a single goal in three and a half hours against a shite team. That was embarrassing. Yang, McGregor, Hatate, Tierney were really poor…in fact only Scales then young Murray and Donovan got pass marks from me…(big Tony as well).

     

    Casts a shadow over the manager too.

     

    Let’s see what Sunday brings but we’re all on a bit of a downer at the moment…

    There been talk that Desmond calls the shots. That’s no excuse for the executive of the club.

     

     

    Any professional worthy of the name would tell Desmond to GTF and leave.

     

     

    The only outsider appointed as CEO in 20 years left after 3 months. Lawwell’s door mat got appointed and we haven’t heard from him outside of AGM in house interviews.

    Why did Engels, our penalty taker, not take the first penalty?

     

     

    Absolutely agree with the criticism of the board but over these two legs our second string should have been good enough to prevail.

     

     

    The blame is on our manager, coaching staff and players. Rodgers tip tap possession at all costs simply does not work and when a team sits in we are unable to break them down.

     

     

    Rodgers last season and I’m not upset at him going but the worry is who the cowards on the board replace him with.

     

     

    We have zero ambition to kick on from a position of strength, nothing ever changes…

    I mean…why buy decent players to improve our team if we can’t sell them for a hefty profit just when they can improve us no end?..

    I heard that one of their players, Jorginho, came from a team in Luxembourg, and worked as a guy who replaces windshields. For fecks sake he was themost creative player on the field. As Vinnie said, who cares if we are not in the Big League as we wouldn’t have spent the money anyways. We changed our striker and brought Big Idah on and he is coming all the way back to the halfway line to receive it or pass it back first time to our CBs, WTF!!!! There are too many people to blame for this tonight. No one escapes blame for this, players, manager, board. The media are loving this. We created nothing over 210 minutes. Our midfield was absolutely terrible. We sign Engels, and I want it to work out so much for this young bhoy, but he is supposed to be a deadball expert and he can’t even get the ball past the first defender. We bring back KT and it is now a preseason and 6 games into the season and we can’t get 90 minutes out of him,and what do we do…. we sell our Left back, Mitchell Frame to Aberdeen. I have said constantly that no one touches the ball more than our two CBs on the field. We had one penetrating run thru the middle that we should have scored from, One good feckin pass forward all night. I am no bedwetter, nor am I a board apologist, just a very angry ordinary Celtic fan who sees no ambition from our club on and off the field. I am sorry for my rant but I am done for awhile as I don’t want to read more of our good selves on this site fighting and arguing over our Club.
