Killie dividend for torturous ESPN attacks

1056

It is very good news that Kilmarnock fans have voted to give Celtic three stands for next weekend’s game which will see the league title won if Celtic earn a point.  As a result, several thousand more Celtic fans will be able to attend the game and avoid listening to their club being belittled as they watch ESPN.

I hope Neil Lennon continues to speak in forthright terms when his team is undermined.

all clubs have until the middle of april to submit audited accounts

Did you get this info from the SPL website ?

  2. And definitely finally ( I am burning drinking hours) a wee true story with a lot of words perhaps, but with pics that make my chest puff out every time I look back through them.

So go on answer the question….what is this thing called Celtic?

This is where I found the answer.

Aye, but I imagine only one club needs an “extension”..

Now, where have I heard that word before?

    ;o)

  4. @HarryBradyCU: @celticrumours My reading then is that they cannot play SPL football next season and have 28 days to comply with rules to play in SFL

I notice a few mentions for birthdays coinciding with the death of the huns-or hunday,if you like.

    Ach,that’s nothing.

My Papa used to take me out on the Saturday nearest to my birthday to watch a faffing huge parade of bands, and told me I was the luckiest boy in the school, because I was the only one that the bands came out to play for.

My birthday is the 11th of July,I lived in Kilwinning, and I was about ten years old before I discovered the truth!

But I loved every minute of them celebrating my birthday,I’ll enjoy every second of their death throes.

  7. Ola companerios,

Could someone be so good as to advise me as to where myself and

my Dublin comrade might watch our Championship winning game in the

city of Madrid this coming Saturday ??

If we could enjoy the company of fellow CQNers it would be an added bonus.

We are staying in a place near the Tribunal metro station.

  8. sixtaeseven:

“Now, where have I heard that word before?”

At that time, RFC said that they did not ask for an extension but would expect one to be given!

  9. From Video Celts

Alan Muir will referee Saturday’s potential title clincher between Kilmarnock and Celtic.

The 36-year-old has only been in charge of two Celtic matches so far this season, at home to Motherwell in September and the Scottish Cup tie with Peterhead in January.

On Saturday he was the man in the middle at Hampden for Queens Park’s 1-0 defeat from Peterhead.

Celtic’s Scottish Cup semi-final with Hearts on April 15 will be refereed by Euan Norris with Willie Collum in charge of the other semi-final between Hibs and Aberdeen.

Norris was also in charge of Celtic’s League Cup semi-final against Falkirk.

I think last season they managed to convert a whopping 61 yellows into erm, one red.

A statistical anomaly which is unheard of in any league anywhere.

I wouldn’t be surprised if the SFA/SPL already know when they’re going to enter liquidation.

Celtic could do worse than get Rudi Skacel on board for next season. Has weighed in with 13 goals this season. Some crackers too!! Out of contract as well!!. Pity we didnt have him when Kayal got injured. Go get him Lenny!!

    Couple of things,

Brines stepped in to cover yesterday, why did the sfa arrange the same ref to cover both renagers games ?

The hun cannot got bust prior to the split, it would require a recount and possibly position changes :oD)))

I expect the sfa and scottish meeja would continue to try and brass neck it, they’re good at it, but I cant see uefa allowing the game to be dragged through the mud much longer.

Apparently the artist, who hails from Manchester by the way, wanted to include as many hoops legends as possible but didn’t have the space.

Consequently he tried to incorporate two into one.

That explains why Billy McNeill looks a bit like Regi Blinker :-)

Many bhoys minds are quite rightly set their minds on winning the title this weekend away from home at Killie.

A couple of weeks ago we could have clinched it at Ibrox but didnt,

A few seasons ago we could have clinched it at Murderwell, and at Killie on the last days, but didn’t. (although we did clinch it under WGS at Killie – Nakamura)

But the probably one of the most nerve wracking games to clinch the title (but didnt) was away to Dunfermline in the huns 10 in a row season,

I think I spent all the match singing “we going on the pitch” as we celebrated the huns defeat to Kille on the Saturday which gave us the unexpected chance the clinch it at Dunfermline on the Sunday, and the thought that we might not wiN at hunfermline didn’t even enter my tiny skull. Needless to say a late equaliser for Hunfermline put paid to any celebrations and the drama rolled onto the last match of the season where we all just sat back and relaxed (aye, so we did) while celtic clinched it at home vs St Johnstone.

See me? See Celtic? See cool as a cucumber?

And just furra record, ah still got on the park!!

The submitted accounts must cover a period up to 31st March and be audited and ratified at the clubs AGM.

Both conditions are impossible to meet so any grace period, which is designed to give clubs who had them audited and ratified just before 31st March time to present them.

The conditions for refusing a licence exist now.

I met Jocky in THE PRINCE OF WALES in Wimbledon in the early 90s when things were not going too well for him.

Did he feel sorry for himself? Wallow in self-pity? Did he f..k!

He gave me a cracking night,an absolute legend,as you say.

There were damn few people in Wimbledon interested in darts at that time, but we drew a crowd wi the craic between us,and they might have remained uninterested in the game, but they took a huge interest in the wee man’s anecdotes.

    Jee-zoh,he was on form.

I like to think that everyone who was there that night shed a silent tear for his passing,he was truly a star.

Though I think it was Bristow he beat from 5-0 down (haven’t googled) but willing to be proven wrong.

BTW,we may be on a loser with NIAMH. The total is not moving much at all.
