  1. Also the when the subs came on, it looks like the Griif may have played his last game under lenny

  2. Saint Stivs

I’ll be forming a queue on the day they re-open.

Why did the broadcaster show several replays of the header that Scott Bain saved on the line from the angle where the ball was hidden when the camera on the opposite side showed clearly the the ball did not cross the line? Rhetorical question.

  3. Back to Basics - Glass Half Full on

Roberttressel – true. He didn’t explicitly say anyone spoke back.

    …. what PeterBhoy said …..

    Hail hail

    Keep The Faith

  4. THELURKINTIM

That’s how I seen the game.

In the context of the season,. The win means we are only 20 points behind.

    Think about that

  5. Played well going middle to front good fast passing and finishing. Welsh solid in defence. Ajer stop running away from your man at corners and jump!

Walker and Crocker having a go at the end, soft penalty and offside goal. From replay it was a penalty as was French Eddy’s in first half. Offside? No idea as the pathetic Sky coverage of games in Scotland means there aren’t enough cameras at matches. Two angles shown; one in front the other behind, no idea either way

  6. ST TAMS on 2ND FEBRUARY 2021 9:43 PM

    Thought 4 -0 flattered us.

For al our possession, Killie had as many chances as us.

    …..

You are just trolling now. Give it a rest and go to your bed

  7. That rat McIntyre on Shortbread ‘ lots of talking points, Brown’s elbow on Tshbola, never a penalty, and should have been saved, and Edouard’s offside goal…’ I kid you not

  8. I remember Boyd diving after taking 12 steps from an attempted interception….and he’s saying Ajeti dived

  9. blantyretim is praying for the Knox family on

Enjoyed the game without feeling any pressure

Liked look of Kenny as he put in a couple of tackles in first half

Always good to keep a clean sheet

  10. TG-our captain wasn’t interested in doing high fives with his manager.

Away to my bed before I get it tight 😉

    Night everyone 🍀

  11. I will unashamedly celebrate every good Celtic result

I celebrate this as a win after a run of bad results- nothing more and nothing less

The alternative is just to go wild and angry at every dropped point and to be grudging and unappreciative whenever we win

Some fans are too fond of the girning to give it up easily

  12. how many hun pens this year? not a question on that fact celtic get one and all of a sudden we need var fuck off sky

  13. Def pen for me – keeper had his hands on Ajeti’s heel.

Fairhill Bhoy – it wasn’t great was it? Brown completely blanked Lennon but did fist bump Kennedy. Hope that’s nothing more than us looking for something that isn’t there but it looked like all isn’t well in camp…

  14. ROBERTRESSEL – scant optimism way better than pants pessimism.

Told youz the lad Kenny was a good ‘un.

To all you covert huns on here – we ken who you are – GIRFUYs. HH

  15. So…..we win 4-0 away from home, on a plastic pitch, in pissin rain, clean sheet included, but according to Boyd and McFadden….we were lucky

  16. ST TAMS…am not blinkered on where we are as a team or to how we’re under performing…but I’ll talk about the positives as I see them…remember: win, lose or draw…or faithful through and through

  17. Good to see Ajeti score…..needs a run of games now. Eddie won’t be here next season, Griff’s future is hard to predict and Klimala is willing but a bit short of quality in my opinion.

Ajeti, like it or not, is our big-money striker. Get him fit, get him playing and he will score goals at this level.

  18. Ye can just hear the sleekits grindin’ thur teeth……………………..good!

    HHH.

  19. Paul The Spark on

Does the referee not get a signal from Hawkeye if the ball crosses the line? I’m sure in a recent game we had a goal given against us and the referee indicated he got a notification on his watch to let him know it crossed the line.

  20. squire danaher on

Some people on here awfy gullible.

Several chances for Kilmarnock arising from balls into our box which has been our downfall all season. The Rossi boy had at least 3 free headers from set pieces.

I agree the performance was a pleasant surprise, good tempo to our game esp first 20m when we established ourselves. Kenny played well, Taylor always keen, Broon imposed himself on the game and raised the bar.

But let’s not start going overboard after what’s been as bad a run of results AND performances as most can remember in most of our lifetimes.

One game at a time from here, let’s go again Saturday.

  21. geebee ajeti said as much in his post match interview that he had niggling injuries and fitness problems this season

  22. And I’m not listening to any Hun monkeys about offsides and penalties.

Get the VAR in and I’ll take my chances over a season.

  23. Great result finally. Well played Celts! Broonie top.

We have a right back ………………………who can play right back!!! :))

    HH

  24. PAUL THE SPARK on 2ND FEBRUARY 2021 9:58 PM

    You’re thinking of SC Final.

That technology not available in SPFL.

  25. Ajeti was meaner, leaner and had more movement than I’ve seen from him before. He suddenly looks up for it

  26. That was a very good performance, if the penalty was soft, we were denied a definite one early on.

I know the League is gone and we are miles behind the Huns but we still have a point to prove.

I know most of the Blog want Lenny gone, but I was delighted for him tonight.

We need to kick on from here & put a string of wins together.

  27. Am curious…so if everyone agrees it’s a soft penalty…does that mean we agree it’s a penalty ;-))

  28. Fairhill Bhoy

I celebrate it as a league win away to Killie

I no longer have hope of the league title so I don’t take that into the equation – otherwise I will be maintaining a moan and a girn through to May

As a fan I don’t see how that would help us rebuild the team confidence or challenge for the SC

But we make our own choices on that

  29. Well done Celtic.

Good result against a bunch of thugs on their plastic park,no loss if they go down.

Sad night for the people who.are supposed to be supporters, but seem to rejoice in the latest sequence of poor results.

Despite penalty,Clancy a disgrace, and after being publically humiliated by the referee panel regarding Morelos,he is back officiating.
