  1. Back to basics

I was highlighting Anges ability to put down the MSM and their barbed questions.

  2. Hmm….Sportscene quite fair about Sevco`s victory.

BACK TO BASICS – GLASS HALF FULL on 16TH APRIL 2023 8:08 PM

Yes, Calmac was lying on the ground so I assumed something must have happened. Alas, Sportscene decided it was not worth highlighting.

    Cheerio for now.

  3. Back to Basics - Glass Half Full on

    Leftclicktic

    Understood.

Was Ange I thought was harsh.

    His player was assaulted.

I was listening to the tranny when I heard Cosgrove, or was the it other fanny, say Sly should stop showing drubbings on live TV😂😂

  5. Goodnight all

    Thanks for being here.

Another fine Celtic day and one young summers will remember the rest of his life.

If it’s that easy to predict drubbings they should chuck it and take up gambling.

Would save the taxpayer some money.

  7. Back to Basics

The ref wasn’t even subtle about allowing blatant thuggery today. More of the problem is why scum like Walker don’t even have the balls to comment ….indeed they almost seek to justify it.

What about a statue to Fergus McCann.?

    ======================================

Without ‘The Bunnet’ we were destined to history, by those who abhor us.

    100%

The Kilsyth, Burngreen , champion should be immortalised outside the stadium that he visualised.

    IMHO

  9. GP 8.27pm

PL is the devil incarnate to some …

Wee Fergus f’ed off with far more cash in his satchels

By the way I think both had Celtic in their best interests but don’t sugar coat how much wee Fergus bolted with

By the way Fergus wouldn’t have let any version of the Huns out of the top league … his words not mine

  10. Not many days when Celtic gets awarded 3 penalties (albeit for 2 teams), not many days when we would miss all 3 penalties.

  11. Despite it all Celtic had a great day.

4-1 at a canter with no injuries and a few players rested on a dodgy plastic pitch.

4-2 for the ladies vs top team in the league narrowing the gap and leaving themselves still in the title race.

  12. Just for a bit of clarity … John Keane

Hailed as one of the men who saved Celtic from the brink, John pledged ÂŁ1 million to save Celtic from going into administration which kept the club afloat.

The Director also backed Fergus McCann’s takeover with further crucial investment as well as giving backing to current members of the board and the majority shareholder Dermot Desmond.

John played a hugely significant role in preserving the Club’s history and the club as a whole and served as a non-executive director of Celtic Football and Athletic Club for well over 20 years.

  13. Up like a bird on

    Oh Hyeon-gyu

Is going to be our Benzema type player, he’s been up against 10 defenders in every single game he’s had a start in. There’s similarities in his style of play.

  14. Fergus saved celtic alongside others and celtic have grown over the years. Celtic must keep improving on and off the pitch. A look around barrowfield and celtic park highlights there is much more scope for improvement and growth.

A stand for woman and b team games is needed at barrowfield to bring the games closer to home.

Changing and catering facilities needed at barrowfield.

An indoor pitch is needed for our club.

The West and East aspects of the stadium I.e. parking, landscaping are crying out for improvement and reconfiguration.

    A fanzone is a must.

The hotel, musuem, restaurants and new superstore and ticket office needs to be on the agenda again.

An upgraded main south stand with 7k more seats and improved hospitality should be a long term goal as well.

Get all of the above done and we will be able to move up another couple of levels as a football club and business.

Standing still should not be an option.

  15. It’s Good To Be A Tim…………………

I’ve posted it before and will post it again…

The guy in your picture is far more of a Celtic fan than many of his detractors will ever be

  17. The bggest monument to Celtica is Celtic Park,

every supporter who walks thru Parkhead’s gates………..

Everything we stand for is right there.

    Every Supporter.

  18. Oh was a disappointment for me today .

He kept watching his marker instead of keeping his eye on the ball.

The jury is still out for me .

The 4 Japanese players were very good .

  19. Tiny Tim

Not like you to find something in a Celtic 4-1 win away to be negative about !

  20. Seriously TT

I think he thrives on feeling the contact and turning his man hence he is always looking for where his marker is.

Today he had 3 markers at least as Killie sought to nullify our attack rather than be offensive themselves. Even when 4-1 down. He also suffered from the lack of energy in our game in 2nd half.

    His time will come. IMO.

    Hope you are well.

Glad you enjoyed it. You can never have too much silliness.

    I am well .

Now down in York with Mrs TT for a few days.

There will almost always be room for improvement in any team performance .

I think you’ll agree that Anje never wants us to stop improving .

I’m not wearing he had 3 men on him .

He was one on one and was out jumped and out muscled by his direct opponent too many times .

I do agree he tries to feel for the centre half .

But my point still stands .

Play the ball not the man.

He is missing from the six yard box too often .

Especially when crosses come in from the left .

He also should have at least hit the target after making a good near post run ,to get on the end of a terrific cross from Vata.

Age and time are on his side .

I’m not writing him off ,but I am looking for more goals from him .

    TT

  23. I must admit I was hoping for a better performance from OH.

Did the weight of having his country’s manager weight heavily on him.?

We could have zn outstanding player there and time is on his side.. I have jigh hopes.

    HH, the journey continues.

PS : Can you imagine the ” carper burns ” if Jurgen Klinsmann played on a plastic pitch 🤣

  24. Good morning CQN from another fine, dandy morning in the Garngad.

Win on Saturday take it to 15 points, thems away to sheep on Sunday hopefuly Barry Robson gets fired into them and beats them.

Hello again all you young rebels.

From a very tired aul tim, just back from Mornington the

    rebel town on the beach.

Scintillating soccer from our bhoys in that first half blitz.

Iwata definitely a player, what a pleasant problem our

Ange will have with team selection.

Our usual Celtic Sunday in the Dubliner was enhanced by

a big crowd of bhoys and ghirls over from the U.K for a

wedding of one of our young dudes this week.

All of them with their Celtic tops on, straight off the plane

after a 23 hour journey and straight into our party day.

Must have been like an away game for them.

Wonder how they’re feeling this morning lol.

    QUADROFENIAN

Not heard from you in a while, all o.k I hope.
