I don’t think the issue of criticising a woman but the assertion that women shouldn’t be working on TV in men’s football.

Oh well, we move on to Perth on Sunday.
An hour after full time I’m still disappointed.
Disappointed for myself as a Celtic fan.
More disappointed for the fans who travelled, the players who played and the management team.
Disappointed is the feeling.
Not embarrassed. Not angry.
Before the season started ….
with no CL qualifiers to fret over early in the season …
I had high hopes we could create some real cohesion in the squad and have our best players primed, razor sharp and ready to go in the group stage.
… And all of hhr above JUST to be competitive.
Come mid September … with half a starting outfield (CV, Maik, Reo, Liel, AJ) suffering serious injuries.
… I reset my expectations considerably.
Injuries have killed us.
At our best we might have been able to compete.
Below our best, we tried hard, stayed in games and came up short once (Feyenoord) , just short three times (Lazio x 2, Atletico), and we’re blown away once when down to ten men.
Please correct me if I err – but, furthermore, we have not caught ONE SINGLE BREAK with decisions in five games.
I’m actually not overly disappointed we can’t now drop into the lower EL competition.
It’s been rough. Let’s get it out of our system AND our schedule.
Get injured players back, regroup, and win the league.
Trim the squad in January, and again in summer and add three top players.
…. And go again next season over eight games.
