think we are kidding ourselves if we think we can impact these games without Hatate, Maeda and Palma – thought we played well but under rodgers system we play like we are running the clock down. He sees kyogo in a deeper role and quite frankly, not only is he poor in that area , he is then obsolete in his strength in running of defender shoulders.
not judging rodgers until he brings his own players in – but worrying in terms of style.
generally – we have been unlucky with red cards, yellows and injuries – a campaign to forget

Well if this run of results doesn’t scream out “spend some of the £70M on quality players” nothing will. No point in qualifying every season if we don’t invest enough to be properly competitive.
