Even if they get a full 90 minutes on Saturday, so I can’t see either starting against Benfica a week on Wednesday, unless they possess uncommon natural fitness, or our injury crisis steps up a level.

We always seem to buy players a day or two before a game then we have to wait for a week or so before we see them play. Ambrose has been a Celtic player for over a week do his work permit should be sorted.

If we take the chances we win comfortably, and yes, Caldwell was motm by a distance, (hope I’m allowed to say that about a previous whipping boy), followed by Snodgrass (why take him off?) and Dixon, who I wasn’t a fan of before.
