    It looks like what paul67 said would happen is happening – rangers are sliding into mediocrity. They are an ok big spfl club- will win most league games but will drop points; will occasionally beat us and won’t do anything in europe. I don’t understand club finances and I definitely don’t understand theirs – they don’t have the money, tactics or infrastructure to get game changers onto the pitch.

     

     

    For those who hate me banging on about them, and I do- I’m trying to weigh up our start to the season – injury riven, new manager, new players – 4 points up is pretty decent.

    Four points up with gradually improving performances as the team gels. Whilst they on the other hand, are getting worse and have absolutely nothing to look forward to with regards good players returning from injuries and new signings getting their chance to shine etc. They don’t even have the January window to look forward to as they have no money left. 😂😂😂

    With fixtures at Torino and Milan before they come to Celtic park it is not unreasonable to think they could be in the relegation places by the time they line up for the famous anthem in 10 days time.

    Pretty sure lying to Shareholders, is a sacking offence, and a chargeable offence.

     

     

    Pretty sure it is too Bada.

     

    I think the majority of shareholders would suggest the Peter was lying on their behalf.

     

    As was shown with Resolution12 with its kicking down the road/long grass until its following resolution Res11 was defeated with 99%shareholders voting it down.

     

     

    And it would not have been tbat way of what Fergus planned BB,The 22% from 1995 are still in frames,and not updated…alas defaulting via the rules to the board hence the massive votes in against in the case of res12&11.Tbe remaining 5 to 7 shareholders will not do anything to hinder Dermot and his shareholding.

     

    Sad i know but thats the capatilism we live in.

     

     

    Minority shareholder rights generally get shunned/ignored when attempting to define another companies activity(be it hun or otherwise)

     

    We didnt even pursue it thro footballing authorities,especially as it was the governing bodies works team.
