The football club would be incorporated into the operating company – this is the entity that would go into admin /liquidation – therefore the club would suffer the penalty of points deduction – – it’s the asset owning business that would survive but this would be separate from the club.

A certain club now playing in the 3rd division in Scotland, may be able to claim a new world record, as the only liquidated football club to think it can still exists after a liquidation event.
Or hasn’t the author read about how to zombie a football club.

Aye. Not excusing anyone at the club for giving names over. But the real damage to the GB in my opinion is coming from the plod.
And I have no doubt they have undercover people in there.
My main point today is
I hope Paul67 and CQN, after a couple of years ridiculing MSM due to its lack of checks & balances re. Sevco do not fall into the same trap and fail to perform those checks & balances on behalf of this community and the wider Celtic community.
