Good on yer old man. My Dad passed away a while back but I really think he and his 6 siblings and celtic supporting Dad are up there still laughing at them. That generation deserves it. No need to elaborate on why.
I’m just glad my old man lived to see rangers die in 2012. He absolutely loved it. And for good reason.

Thanks for the reply. 1963 until 1968 in my case. I came from Kirkwood.
Re Jim Breen, I know exactly what you’re talking about. He had a very superior attitude. However, after I had actually left St. Pat’s, he did me a huge favour which totally altered the course of my life for the better and I’ll forever remember and be grateful to him for that.

Good Morning Celts – Grand Day To Be A Tim…
Great game to watch yesterday, the Motherwell ppv good value, as were there football team.
Difficult to get three in such a mixed bag of a game – Matt’s sublime winner takes him into the reckoning.
Few standouts of course and we still lack steel in the middle of the park and our team is still feeling the effects of a disrupted preseason and injury and fitness issues.
Bain had a good game, made some crucial saves, and better with the ball at his feet. Scales stepped up again and earned the Jersey.
Get it right round wee cheating Collum and his Refereeing frat.
What a weekend.🤣🍺
Hope my wee Grandson rounds it off with a couple of goals this morning to still be top goalscorer.

Greyskull is a dark, decrepit & spooky place where angry subordinate zombies reside.
I think haunted is definitely factual.
However enough of the walking undead, lets focus on our upcoming game against Lazio.
I’m quietly confident and realish the challenge.
Watching MOTD, even the best defenders hate and struggle to cope with speed.
Let’s optimise Maeda’s breathtaking speed and make it another European night to remember.
Believe: COYBIG.

Good morning from a damp North Staffs.
The only black cloud was Vale’s defeat to Bolton. Gave them too much room in the first half and lost an awful goal.
But of course Celtic and Aberdeen is the very bright silver lining.

Good morning, friends.
Well that was a Saturday afternoon to remember. Cant beat a last minute winner even if my stream froze just as Motherwell had equalised! Then legged it round to K-Park to see EKFC beat Civil Service Strollers 2 – 0 to stay top of the Lowland League. All the while getting updates from Ibrox on the ensuing fun that was developing there.
And then today it’s early Mass so I’m back for the Ryder Cup singles that start around 10.30. Europe not quite over the line yet but need just 4 points from the 12 singles ties. Some real theatre awaits.
And after all that it’s my pleasure to collate the weekly MOTM stats so, please keep your votes coming – SENCELPOTY@GMAIL.COM

Although not a lot of evidence to go on, I do like the look and demeanour of Elliot – think he’ll do a job for us.
The majority of yesterday’s game was like chewing without swallowing, however we kept our discipline, kept playing and passing, and the goals came as a direct result….even if so deep into stoppage-time.
Playing against such a formation as Motherwell adopted yesterday, there was not the fatigue-factor that we usually see from teams with little possession. They basically settled in an area 40 yards from their goal and simply ‘shuffled around’, and credit where it’s due, created a few decent chances.
It would be great if we could find another Dembele/Eduard type striker to compliment Kyoto and gives us an alternative. I don’t see OH making it with us, I’d love to be wrong, but I don’t see a spark.
We haven’t fully clicked yet – hope October is the ‘clicking-month’.
