I really hate Motherwell and want to see them mightily pumped here.
They should be 4 down.
That allows the ref to remain part of the game

I know you do, we all do.
Ronny is growing on me more and more every day. I think the two Johnnies are also pivotal to what is happening at Celtic right now, from 2 totally different perspectives, perspective is always needed.
What I saw that first half was players Desperate to be a part of the Ronny Revolution.
It takes Time.
Brilliant first half hour. We should have been 5 up, but we’ve lost the impetus and Motherwell have a chance they don’t deserve. I could definitely see Ronny’s ambition in the start, so I hope we regroup and run riot in the second!

The football has been excellent but the finishing is awful. We should be at least 4 up. As for the officials, a clear penalty and an incorrect offside by the same linesman. These things even themselves out as we know…………not
I’m beginning to see the fast forward moving style of play RD is aiming for.
Great movement and general play in the first half – only finishing was an issue. Re: the Efe incident – we should have put the ball out of play to allow treatment. No point relying on the opposition to do that.
We don’t take our chances here we gonny toss this wan, mon celtic.
After totally dominating the game Celtic should be more than one goal up. Guidetti missed a great chance, then Stefan J. set up Anto for the goal, before James F. missed another gilt-edged opportunity following a great passing move.
Stefan J is showing his usual energy. All three midfielders are playing well.
A clear penalty was not given for a raised arm by a Mwell defender to block a cross. Referee doing his best for the home team, booking Scott B. but letting Lasley get away with a far worse foul. He also generously let play continue when Efe was lying injured in the penalty area. That was the only hint of a chance for Mwell apart from when Adam M played the defence into trouble five ninutes from the end of the first half.
Forrest and Mathews need to link better. One or the other seems to stand still after pass. If they just upped the pace a little we will slaughter them.
Similar on left as Stokes tends to slow it down so much.
So much of the passing, movement and purpose of Celtic has been fantastic. Just not reflected in the scoreline
If we repeat the first half hour, again in the second half…. This murderwell will fold
most comprehensive first 30 minute 1-0 doing i’ve seen for a while..
need to get back up to scratch second half…

Add to that the disallowed goal, the penalty not given and the wee rat Lasley and that Ojama not getting booked and you and me both share that frustration.
Just seen the penalty claim – stonewall. What is the linesman there for?
This mob will sit in at 1-0 and come at us the last ten minutes if we don’t score, but we shoulda core, they’re rotten.
“I’ve got to say” ……from walker …… That phrase seems to be reserved for Celtic ….. Bless them

Probably our best 45 minutes of the season. It’s 1 nil but it could easily be 4 or 5. Workrate is off the scale today, Motherwell just have no answer. The ball is being moved around all over the park, both full-backs, both wide men have seen lot’s of the ball. Efe and Biton are doing everything they possibly can to stake a claim on the first 11 jersey. We have created some great chances with our pressing and passing play, and the only criticism I have is that we have not scored more.
I would give every player 10 out of 10.
Excellent first half with only bad finishing letting us down. Definite signs of Ronny’s idea of pressing football played at high tempo. Said a couple of weeks ago I thought the problem for us was in the balance of the team.
Bitton gives us much better presence and balance in midfield, much better than Charlie. Ambrose always likely to lose concentration and give something away if the game is still close.
A quick goal in second half and it should be a comfortable victory.
Keep the updates comin chums – not even the wireless for me. Christmas expedition shopping hell.

I can’t see us repeating that performance in the 2nd half, having said that, we are likely to score 3 or 4 without playing as intensely, or draw 1-1.
The important thing is, we have the capability and we can build from that.
We are moving and Grooving in the right direction.

If this is RD’s way then that will do. They are playing some great football. Up until now I could not see what the manager was doing. Some of his decisions were at the least, baffling. But it looks as though the players are buying into it at last. And, by the way, Biton is a lovely football player. Duracell are going to sign Johannsen.

First 30 mins best football we’ve played for years. I know its frustrating that we are not at least 4 up but if we can play football like that on a regular basis, we can start to dream again. Warsaw here we come.

Yeah – wasn’t sure if it Matthews or Forrest but there were opportunities after that to put the ball out.
If Murray sees a replay of the major incidents at HT will he be embarrassed?
Two penalties, a yellow for Brown and an offside all wrong.
Or will it inspire him to keep up the “honest mistakes” in the second half?
