  1. Afternoon

Great mood even though coupon out of window. Life is beyond comprehension during weeks and days like this

    Team today.

Gordon 7 ( mainly for turning up)

Matthews 6.5 ( still not where he was preLasley challenge but getting there)

Ambrose 6.5 ( still not where he was 2 years ago)

Van Dijk 7 ( superb player but hardly extended)

Izzy 8 . Best display in ages.

Bitton 7. Good player but the guy is not quite yet there. 2 great feet but this guy has more to come

Brown 7.5. Another top show from our best outfield player.

Johansen 8. Terrific engine. Like Nir B I still think there is more to come.

Forrest 6.5 Great in patches but still ‘iffy’. Looks hungry though which is good

Stokes 7 Good display I thought

Guidetti 6 . Works hard but not his best day. Linesman did not help his score

Nah, Mr. Thomson has that gig

    ICT 2-1 up

    —————

Mr Thomson and Mr Collum are both unavailable for the LC semi games

  5. Does Super Ally’s crushing win against Cowheath assure his tenure, add to his bank balance and burn a bigger hole in the petty cash?

  6. Jungle Jim Hot Smoked on

The BBC always give our crowds as greater than they actually are as well. They do not, however, double or treble them as would seem to have been the case at Ibrox today. For once, though, I don`t think the criticism should lie at the door of the BBC.

Enough off the hun, lets get our own house in order,

is JG the new messiah?…….have very serious doubts.

  9. The most commonly and printable word used on DEADclub media to describe the performance against the mighty Cowdenbeath was “Tragic”

  10. skyisalandfill on

Nye, I agreed with your point about JG early this morning. Think you are over broadfooting the pud noo tho ;)

  11. The Huddle

    Really – why?!?

Murray it will be then, no doubt, pretty sure he is only ref left who refereed a Celtic – Rangers game before they died

Think the SFA will use this ‘logic’ for the Sevco game

  12. Nye,

Jg scores more often than not.

Today is the first time he’s missed a few in the one game.

Panties still dry in this household.

  13. Nye Bevans’ rebel soldier

One one one or better against

    Hearts -Cup

    Hamilton and today at murderwell:(((

    Not that i’m counting :))

But I still think he will be a fantastic player for us

    ———

I was told there’s a UEFA Refs meet that is mandatory so both Collum and Thompson have to attend.

Callum Murray is retiring at the end of the season and has told the SFA that he doesn’t want the hassle of a Celtic Sevco game.

  15. **LAST MAN STANDING 2 UPDATE**

We started the weekend with 10 still standing and we’re now down to 7

Time to say goodbye to Lennybhoy, Praecepta and Me. We were let down by Partick and Dundee

Those remaining are – Paulo’s Boots, Saint Stivs, Kelvin Bhoy, Penfold, The Token Tim, GG and Jammabhoy

Next weekend’s set of fixtures are shown below. As everyone has already picked Celtic we’ll just be using the 5 Saturday games. The deadline for submitting your picks is 2.00PM on SATURDAY, otherwise you’ll have St Mirren as your default team!

    Dundee Utd v Aberdeen

    Hamilton v Dundee

    Inverness v Partick

  16. alloa the motivator

‘If Ally McCoist was looking for a performance to help erase memories of Wednesday’s defeat by Alloa, he would have been largely disappointed.

His players turned in an insipid display for the most part, though Dean Shiels was an exception and fittingly scored the only goal of the game’

  17. bognorbhoy oscar in my thoughts

is son of dallas not available to ref the game ?

    NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO not Rosemarys baby

A terrible feeling just swept over me .

  18. Dumbarton obviously took advantage of Alloa’s mid week efforts by squashing the Wasps 1-0.

Did Alloa tire or did they bring back their players who couldn’t appear on Wednesday due to overtime / night shift commitments.
