All good… just back fae sunny Ayrshire with wife, 2 stepdaughters, daughter & granddaughter … yesterday, then a wee surprise retirement family doo last night for ma brother … not back in the office till 20th so done all the family stuff now I can relax … cracking start to the season, just hope Neil & the bhoys can get by Cluj on Tuesday, 0-0 would suffice but far too nervy so hoping for 3 early goals :-)

No problem re the doo.I spoke to Ryan and he sounded confident that you would come,It was a good day and night,they even had me up dancing which was not a good idea.
Re zbyszek, he arrives around 10 pm Friday and going home on Monday. Friday I think I’ll stay in the Millenium on Friday night rather than rushing home, hopefully see see you sometime over the Oct weekend, I’ll be in the B/V before he arrives, but as I don’t have a car,I’ll have to beg one of the gang if they can give him a lift into Glasgow.

We looked a very strong team in the 2cnd half with Ajer being the pick of the bunch, the options we had on the bench today show just how strong a team we are right now, I’m not saying we have a strong enough team as is but just cant see any room to bring in more players, we have to give the new guys time to gel / get up to speed and we still have others (e.g.Tom Rogic) coming back from injury.
The only black spot on the day was their 2cnd goal, some wee Motherwell guy, dont know who he is, out jumped our new 6ft 5in centre half to score, maybe the wee guy is just a terrific player about to make a name for himself, hope so, rather that than we have bought another dud.

Early doors as they say, but it looks like we are going to score more goals than we have done for a couple of seasons, and more goals mean more points, and more points means that it will very difficult for anyone to get in front of us. Wouldn’t have thought of us scoring five at Fir Park today but we did. Good use of players by Lenny. Now we can look forward to playing another CL qualifier with a bit more confidence of scoring the goals we need.
