Cannot wait to see this team go again on Wednesday. We will be in for a few guessing the line up.The creativity in that team is incredible.Rogic,Hatate,O Riley,Maeda through the middle looked scary for defences.Jota and Abada,,what can you say?I can’t remember a Celtic team packed with such talent. Its mind boggling.
lets all do the huddle on
Some excellent Penalties this weekend. None will beat Arturs!!!!!!.
The job Ange has done is beyond phenomenal. A complete and utter rebuild in less than 9 months. The squad is dripping with quality. Deila left Rodgers plenty to work with. Neil Lennon left an utter shambles. Brown has been scarcely missed as are Edouard, Christie, Ajer et al. Don’t underestimate the role of our captain Calum, have we produced a better player and leader in 30 years?
Where do you start with the team, the sheer quality is a joy to watch, temp, passing, rotation on the ball, desire, attitude, work ethic, will to win, humility, discipline, mentality, pace, fluidity, running power, the quick thinking, the back heels, flicks and sheer skill is awesome to watch. If we start scoring goals from set pieces watch out!!
Seriously, you couldn’t single out any of them because they have all been that good. Long may it continue.
Brendan Rodgers’s Leicester soundly beaten by Forest in the cup
He sent a message to the owners after – “this team has been together for three years”
Didn’t mention that he spent over 100 million on 5 players in the last 18 months and sold only one for any money.
Maybe they aren’t his players but he brought in his own man to head up recruitment there and I’d have thought that’s enough money and new faces to rebuild a team.

He took over less than 3 years ago and he’s signed almost an entire first team since then for over 200m
His comments don’t make sense. It’s only the same team if he’s not picking his own expensive signings
It all feels very familiar

What a performance!
What I’ve noticed in recent games: (i) Greg Taylor has transformed before our eyes. The wee guy outjumped a much taller opposition player on a number of occasions, he’s consistently tenacious in the tackle yet gives away few fouls, he works that left wing really well with Jota and yesterday he was all over the place (in a good sense) – I saw him helping out on the right wing and his energy and commitment are second to none. Some of his passes go astray but usually because he is a congested area of the park (because of the attention Jota attracts) and a lot of his attempted passes are in tight aeas. He did not make more unsuccessful passes than Daizen Maeda, Reo Hatate or Calmac (ii) Carl Starfelt is a great reader of the game and can give a bit of dig when necessary (didn’t one of the sportswriters suggest he didn’t like the ugly side of the game? Absolute rubbish, he can give as good as he gets. And he’s now a lot more comfortable on the ball, (iii) Same can be said for Nir Bitton. His ball control and passing where a joy to watch and he too is an excellent reader of the game.
Same coaching staff as last year! Same coaching staff as last year! Same coaching staff as last year! And what a totally different atmosphere on the bench. I know it’s down to Ange to some extent but isn’t down to everyone enjoying this style of football (The Celtic Way but with a strong defense) and wanting to contribute?

Lovely wee thing about Boreham Wood beating Bournemouth.
“What about this then… Boreham Wood chairman Danny Hunter had to remortgage his house to help the club keep going during lockdown.
And now his club are going to Goodison Park to face Everton in the fifth round of the FA Cup.
Warms your heart when people are rewarded for giving so much to keep alive something that matters to them and their community.
Magic of the Cup.”
Only if I scored wan mair.

I’m 47 next month.
TB must be looking down and saying “yip, that’s it.”
Perhaps the best fitba I’ve seen us play.
Couple of solid signings in the summer and next year we kick back and relax.
lets all do the huddle,
Our Holy Goalie stood up to Hun Scum bags in Govan if I recall correctly.
And he was the most Marvellous Goalie for the Hoops, his Best years were @ Celtic Park.

i heard yoi need to be a bit mad to be a keeper

Praise Taylor by all means, I deliberately put overboard in front of it.
TB,
Agreed, Ange knows Christopher Jullien’s status. Unfortunately I don’t think he posts on here, but here’s hoping.
It is only natural and to be expected that participants of a Celtic blog would wish to know the status of our second highest transfer.
I’m intrigued that Christopher was on the bench for three consecutive games, missed out on the huns game then missed out today..
If Christopher can come back fit and ready it would be a massive boost to closing out the season.
Cheers and HH.

It is my opinion Callum was the Main Man in the 4×3.

I’m missed Odsonne Edouard. It was the best song in football

The reas9n qhy BBC and ITV/STV don’t show SPFL games is because they spend all their budget on English football.
