    Tony Ralston has never played RCB in a back 3

     

     

    Learning a new position which exposes your weaknesses (lack of pace) isn’t easy

     

     

    The system deployed with a guy in front who has never played wingback, and lacks defensive ability doesn’t help, neither does tactical frailities in the set up when we lose possession

     

     

    I’m going to cut Tony Ralston some slack, due to injuries he is the Leaders pick for that position

     

     

    Tony will give his all in the shirt, that all I ask

    I don’t blame Ralston.I like Tony,diehard who gives his all.I blame the manager.He has Pusey on the bench,who I am positive,is better than Tony.His natural position.
