NEW BHOY SET FOR PARADISE DEBUT

MATT O’RILEY is poised for his Parkhead debut against Dundee United this afternoon after his Man of the Match performance in the 2-1 win at Hearts in midweek.

The classy 21-year-old midfielder, who arrived in a £1.5million move from MK Dons nine days ago, was pitched into Ange Postecocoglou’s first team following injuries to skipper Callum McGregor, David Turnbull and Yosuke Ideguchi while Tom Rogic was on international duty with Australia.

O’Riley is likely to line up alongside Reo Hatate and Nir Bitton against the Tannadice outfit who snatched a 1-1 draw in the east end of Glasgow in September when Liel Abada got the side’s only goal.

French central defender Christopher Jullien will be hoping to end his 13-month absence against the team he faced on this last outing in a 3-0 win on December 30 2020.
