FORMER Celtic loan star John Guidetti plans to sort out his future on Friday.
The striker, who netted 15 goals in his season-long loan at Parkhead from Manchester City, helped Sweden to a penalty-kick shoot-out victory over Portugal in the European Under-21 Championship Final last night.
UEFA holders Sevilla and Serie A outfit Lazio have been linked with the 23-year-old frontman who is now out of contract at the Etihad.
Despite struggling during loan spells at Burnley and Stoke City in the past, Spurs, Liverpool Newcastle and West Ham have been linked with the hitman who could only manage four goals for the SPFL champions since the turn of the year.
Guidetti said: “They’re fantastic football clubs and the Premier League is one of the best in the world. Of course, it’s appealing.
“Right now, I don’t have to prove anything. The Premier League is a fantastic league. Of course, it’s a dream for everybody to play in there, that’s normal. But I don’t know what’s going to happen.
“I tried to do my best to make sure my future is good, I got the bronze shoe for scoring two goals. I would have got the gold if I would have scored one more goal.
“But I don’t care about that – right now I’m just happy to be here and to win. It’s amazing.
“My agent said: ‘Enjoy, I’ll see you Friday and we’re going to discuss it’.
“I trust my agent – I don’t know what’s concrete, and what’s not – I don’t want to speculate,
“I just want to stay focused on what’s the truth and I will find out the truth on Friday.’
