Opportunity for squad to prove their worth tonight

248

Team selection for tonight’s game will be a big call for Brendan Rodgers. His desire to get players fully match fit will be tempered with the need for limbs to rest. I expect to see a much-changed side against Kilmarnock, perhaps with Kundai Benyu, Kristoffer Ajer and Eboue Kouassi getting a start.

There is a risk in dropping top players, especially in cup competitions, but some risks have to be taken.

The other important matter is the getting the sugar in our tea, otherwise known as Leigh Griffiths, on full sharpness for next week’s visit of Astana. I’d expect Leigh to get an hour tonight.

Are you thinking about The Olde Worlde Inn in Knightswood, a mile from Esquire House.

    Reo Stakis owned that.

  3. Each of my 3 cats are rescue cats after having been mistreated with previous owners. Each of them were outdoor cats (as are most). I look after my cats very well. They have more good human traits than some humans.

Great stuff, what’s the 3rd cat called, I was telling my 7 year old and that’s the first question she asked me.

Ours is a rescue cat too, he was found outdoors and handreared by one of the staff as a very young kitten.

I think there’s definitely a bit of feral in him.

    Hail Hail

  9. Looking forward to watching a young vibrant Celtic side put the Ayrshire huns to the sword tonight.

There is feral in every cat.

    The other is Eddie.

When I got the latest cat and insured him I got an email from Pet Plan saying your cat is now 16 weeks old. Time to introduce him to the great outdoors. Vet today asked I had started letting him out yet and I said he had been an outdoor cat since born but I try to keep him in as much as possible. He sits waiting on any door or window opening then bolts at every opportunity.

So Vets say cats should be outdoor cats and insurance companies advise the same. But some…! What can you say?

It is the law of unintended consequences.

When a search, for one thing, uncovers something entirely different.
