It would take a powerful shareholder, with no connection to the club, other than being a shareholder, to raise an action against, firstly, the SFA, then UEFA, over the issue of Licence and irregular registration of players.

It might surprise you. It’s worth remembering the media are ignoring these scandals.
I told a mate of mine about what was going on, about 18 months ago, and he looked at me with his jaw open.
His son had just got a computer and I told him to check out this site, Phil’s site and RTC – he was totally in the dark about everything until he did so.
Now he recommends sites to me. He was on Charlotte before I was.
But using the internet all the time, it’s easy to forget other people don’t bother with it. WGS works for the SFA – no one there is going to tell him what they have been up to.

When Will Scottish Football Be Accountable?

Double Dealing Rife…… To Suit One Club.
Over the last few weeks a twitter feed under the name of @CharlotteFakes has released audios, transcripts, emails and a whole host of other incriminating evidence as to the tenure of Craig Whyte and Charles Green over at Ibrox, and those before them.
In among the documents we’ve seen the CEO and President of the SFA attend a ‘dinner’ with the former owner of the now defunct club, a dinner that amounted to nothing more than a pow-wow to assure Mr Whyte that his past wouldn’t be detrimental to his passing a fit and proper person test by the SFA. Remember he was a disqualified director?
Add to that proof that the new chairman Walter Smith was in receipt of an EBT, while he was manager of Scotland and Souness was also a beneficiary from the Ibrox club while managing Blackburn Rovers, all with the knowledge and consent of SFA President Campbell Ogilvie.
We’ve also heard from both Charles Green and Craig Whyte in several conversations, along with Duff & Phelps, slagging of UEFA, it’s President Michel Platini, the SPL, the SFA and even their own cronies, Mssrs McCoist and Jardine.
To be honest, these examples just seem to be the tip of the iceberg.
What astounds me is the total inaction from UEFA and FIFA. I know they’ve visited Greece recently because of concerns of corruption re-licensing over there. But surely they must be aware of the total disregard for rules and welfare of member clubs shown by the Scottish Football Association? Or are they just merely making their way round the culprits one at a time?
One thing is certain, while all these revelations are being totally ignored by the SMSM and the authorities in question, one man won’t ‘walk away’ from the scene of the crime, Channel 4′s Alex Thomson. His assertion this week that there is a lot more to come out of Rangers gives all decent football fans hope that the corruption won’t just be swept under the ‘massive’ carpet at the SFA headquarters.

The first line of defence against any such action would be that the Celtic board had not raised the action.
The second line of defence would be that Celtic’s largest shareholder, and de facto owner, The Great Desmondo had not raised any such action.
