    Great to have the fitba back. Great to see the Bhoys win again. 32 cup games on the spin is fantastic and shouldn’t be taken for granted.

     

     

    After a lot of talk about team selection Neil Lennon decided to shuffle the formation to keep with his tried in trusted.

     

     

    Maybe he felt it was better for Celtic to give Leigh Griffiths some minutes rather than Shved or Arzani. Might be a shrewd move. Whisper it, but French Eddy hasn’t been at his best lately. Spurned chances against Partick, Hearts & Hibs (albeit unlucky to have a goal chopped off vs St Mirren).

     

     

    We need to improve our finishing. Will we be able to lean on Griffiths? Well NL says he’s trained well and picked up a goal at the weekend.

    I take your point. After the game, Neil Lennon said he was delighted with the performance and the result “flattered” Thistle

     

     

    He’s probably right and nights like that are fine in isolation. But we haven’t scored more than 2 goals in a game in the last 9. That can leave things in the margin of error (ie. Kenny Misser managing to score an open goal).

     

     

    Both our goals included deflections from the opposition. Its fine to be concerned about our prowess in front of goal.

     

     

    That’s why I’m delighted to see Leigh Griffiths back scoring. That’s why we needed to sign a striker.

    I agree completely.We have said nothing on the 3 Yellows fiasco,which is disgraceful enough,but to let that blatant cheating we watched regards the penalties,I feel will come back to bite us sometime this season.Imagine that was Wednesday night,0-0 with 5 minutes to go,and that was denied.Could cost us the league.It should not be left to Lenny all the time to comment.This Board is hanging us all out to dry.Have they lost any sense they had?.Call it out.
