    Sorry guys, but it was a penalty imho, no much the ref could do. Celtic as a team are low in confidence, really low in confidence. What we need is a full hoose at Celtic Park till end of season

    Good effort in sandpit.. But once we went to 2-1… I didn’t feel certain we’d see it out.

     

    GMS and McGreggor were both excellent today. Brown and Lustig are on the way down….

     

     

    Tierney good and Griifiths worth his weight in gold.

     

     

    Commons on balance is also yesterday’s man.

    Tried to post this earlier, day oot on Thursday about a dozen Celtic bhoys from the ages of 25-60 with the majority being 40+ a few lurk on here and slag me for my happy clapping ways, but anyway we got on to the semi final, new club-show them up-don’t mention old firm-blah blah blah, the younger ones (season ticket holders) want to play them to bet them, the older ones saying Rangers died so it doesn’t matter….. I am of the opinion as others different excrement but same flies, anyway I let the conversation go on then asked who is working on the 18th April. To a man or bhoy every single one of the company was off on the Monday, I said why go to the trouble of taking the day off against a new klub ? By the way am off on the Monday !

    WGS might love the club but doubt he has to many good things to say about the support. So can’t see him putting himself thru all that again.

     

     

    I’d stick with RD for this season. I’d hope he’s here for the long term but looks like that ship has sailed and we’ll have a new boss next season. God knows who that will be, but can’t say Im excited at the thought of it.

    I was saying to my mate in the Canaries that I thought the penalty was technically the correct decision but, if so, then I think we should have had at least 60 penalties so far this season. (Maybe more?)

     

     

    All all of us want is a level playing field. Looks like there is NO chance of that, certainly this season, and even less next.

    Our old friend Finnie was up to his tricks with the penalty.

     

     

    A classic example of ingrained anti Celtic bias.

     

     

    A normal ref would at least have waited to see where the Patrick cross ended, but he couldn’t wait to give it, for touching.

     

     

    I saw the same referee blank two stonewall Celtic assaults in the one game ( Motherwell I think this season?)

    With regard to the sandwich on GMS which a couple of posters referred to earlier. Elliot of Thistle was also involved in that ‘challenge’. I think he actually tried to throw his head backwards to butt GMS. He was a disgrace today and wasn’t even spoken to by the ref. He could have seriously injured one of our players.

    Totally with u on that opinion, want RD to be a success but doubt he’ll be around next season. The board have let the support down badly and the manager. He should have walked this title ( without sounding hunnish).

     

    the level of football on display for the outlay is piss poor. That kills me to say that

    Glaurhill playing surface was atrocious today.

     

    It looked like it was deliberately prepared to break up our passing, especially the weans’ mud patches down the wings.

     

    Over use of a hose? Maybe some horse jumps? Mud wrestling competition? Pig pens?

    Thanks for the mention. Please pass on my regards to Teabags. I once wrote the school teams names up on the blackboard giving them all Italian sounding names. Teabags became Teabaggio and like Roberto the Divine Ponytail, John T was a great player. He played in central midfield and was both skilfull and as strong as an ox.

    The refs this season are deliberately breaking up the play, free kicks in shitty areas of the park. At all costs we will struggle to win any game. If the sheep edge ahead we are in bother. Cabal will see to that

    Technically it was a penalty.and a booking .. technically osman should have picked up a booking for fouling broony then another yellow for picking up the ball and throwing it away

     

     

    Consistency the only constant is celtics treatment

    If that was a penalty looking forward to the many, many penalties we will get the rest of this season….but I won’t be holding my breath.

     

    As many on here have also said the only thing that any of us want is for the “rules” to be evenly applied. Again, particularly on a tight run in, there is not a chance of that happening.

     

    Tighten your seat belts please when this new team gets into the top division. We ain’t seen nothing yet.
