Good pro performance from Celts but just like Easter Rd – we should be out of sight.
If the chance ratio and domination continues, Pukki and Stokes will score and we’ll run out comfortable winners.
Good game, both teams playing good football. We should be two or three up as other posters have noted. Pukki trying too hard to be precise in front of goal.
I hope Amido gets on for more than five minures.

Not a bad wee match- decent football by both teams. Should be further ahead though – two excellent saves to thwart Pukki though I’d have like to seenTP give his shot a bit more ‘welly’. I also think Mikael L looks a bit sluggish to put it mildly. I’d have like to have seen Darnell Fisher get a game

Pukki is the very craftsman
likes to pick his spot and stroke the ball
nae hardies or hussle and bussle from this new bhoy
sense he will come good when he settles down
his teammates are not shy about playing him in
they must be confident he can deliver
let’s give him time to show what he can do

Neither clear cut chances from Pukki, keeper did well in both cases.
I thought it was a poor first half. Perhaps the conditions are dictating but the best from either team. Celtic definitely need someone with pace up front.

HT Partick Thistle 0-1 Celtic
We played well in spells in the half but poor passing in the final third meant that we kept losing possession. Pukki had 2 golden chances to score but the keeper made decent saves on both occasions. Pukki showed good composure but not good finishing. Virgil should also have scored from a corner but failed to get a good connection.
Our goal came from a fantastic corner by Izzy. Poor defending from PT as Sammi was standing unmarked in 6 yd box. Couldn’t really miss with the header.
Defence has not been stretched. Fraser has made one save. Efe is strolling through the game as is Virgil. Izzy and Lustig getting forward well. Midfield have done OK but would like to see them getting forward more in a game like this, especially Kayal and Brown. Sammi is playing far too wide and has struggled to get into decent positions. Ledley having a quiet game but this will be good for his fitness. Stokes and Pukki showing they may be starting to get an understanding going.
We should be able to score another 3 goals second half.

Very open game and Thistle are playing cleverly but give the ball away too cheaply.
Both teams likely to score and we should be about 4:1 up by this stage if Pukki had found his feet (just for the poster that likes the phrase) and learns to lift the ball when trying to pass into the net or just hits it harder. Mind you, his uninterested style of play does seem to get him into good positions :-)
I like the way Joe Ledley is playing.
Pfayr-done -2 as well ,should be out of sight here.Well done Thistle for trying to play proper football.
