Protecting your keeper and defence

772

If we are looking for reasons why Celtic have dropped so many points in recent weeks it is revealing that we have not kept a clean sheet away in the league since Boxing Day, and that was to bottom club Dundee.

Losing goals, of course, is seldom about the last line of defence, and losing goals this consistently is seldom even an issue with defence, in dominant teams, defenders are seldom taxed.  It is more likely a consequence of the shape of the team.  Goalkeepers should be protected, as should defences.

It’s the midfield we should be looking at.  Dominate possession and stop leaving spaces for the opposition to exploit; we’ll stop losing goals and start winning games.

  2. Charlie Mulgrew broke the rule of the Celtier than thou CQNERS and said what he thought. What he thought was different from the CQN ubercelt. Rangers will be back.

Next thing he’ll be accused of being pro-Scottish and therefor anti-Irish.

BTW he left the wean in the motor at Costco in Springburn for a few minutes because it was about minus -15. No crime committed.the prosecution said they couldn’t charge him with anything for lack of evidence. That was a lie.

Children used to be left in prams for hours in back courts in Glasgow.

I remember my mum and some of her friends getting home from the town. They’d been sitting nattering for a while when one of them let out a shriek. She’d left her wean in a pram outside Lewis’s in Argyle St. She went back and the wean was still there. Asleep. None the wiser. They all had a good laugh about it. The pram was still there too.

If all we do is talk then nobody will stop the cheating and corruption that exists in Scottish football .

I don’t have all the answers but if we don’t fight this then we will get what we deserve – nothing .

The cheating will continue and the club who are being liquidated will continue to claim a continuity of history .

    Not what I want .

    Kojo,

There is nothing courageous about putting opinions on a Celtic blog. Just an honest opinion. I don’t believe in bashing people with a big stick for saying anything. Charlie Mulgrew has an opinion. It may be twisted and manipulated to suit some agendas but he has only made a comment. Still a Celtic player. Still doing well in the hoops.

Have you ever dealt with the ASA? I have.

Did you get the impression after the Big Tax Case and the Nimmo enquiry that they managed to full in some favours from their friends? I did.

The ASA will look at this and see if they are making false and misleading claims. They will issue a judgement. They will be able to bring no influence and will have to justify their claims. So it is worth the effort.

Can you tell me what you are doing?

  21. Kojo at 21.47, don’t often bother with your posts, but what a lot of pish you posted there, most Celtic supporters have no desire to play them due to their sectarian and cheating history, I hope to never see us play them again and it is nothing to do with fear of them
