BRENDAN RODGERS believes Paris Saint-Germain are one of the favourites to win the Champions League this season.
The Celtic boss has prepared his troops for tonight’s encounter in the French capital and said: “The players are relaxed, but very focused.
“We understand that we’re playing against a team that are arguably the best of the best.
“For me, their squad of players are going to be in with a hell of a chance of winning this competition.
“It’s a huge challenge for every team they come across, not just ourselves. We’ve seen Bayern Munich come here and lose.
“They’ve big-game experience and quality in every single position and that includes the bench as well.
“They have some outstanding players right across the team and when you have the goal threat they have, with Neymar, Cavani, Di Maria and Mbappe, you can go to any stadium in the world and know you can score goals and win games.
“They showed that against Bayern Munich, a team they would deem to be a rival in this competition.”
