PUKKI TO STAY AT BRONDBY

CELTIC’S £2.4million misfit Teemu Pukki hopes to secure a permanent move to Brondby this month.

The Finnish flop was shipped out on loan to the Danish outfit at the start of September after the former Schalke striker failed to make an impact at Parkhead.

He’s now the top scorer for Brondby with five goals.

The 24-year-old said: “I really enjoy being here and I am playing as a striker which is my best position.

“It is up to the two clubs what happens but I’d be happy to stay.”

The Hoops are unlikely to be difficult to deal with, but Brondby may have to shell out £1million to keep the frontman.
