I thoroughly enjoyed Chris McLaughlin’s interview with Our Hero yesterday; there is so much to digest. It’s tempting to explore the information that in October last year Craig Whyte informed SPL chief executive and chairman, Neil Doncaster and Ralph Topping, that Rangers were very likely to go into administration and that a CVA was likely to fail.
Was this assertion shared with other SPL board members or did Doncaster and Topping keep it to themselves as they pretended all was well while preparing to change the rules to allow a Newco access to top flight football? There is a whole ocean of duplicity here as fans were kept in the dark while being asked to accept revolutionary changes.
Unsatisfied creditors who extended credit after this date, from HMRC down, will all be fascinated by this admission. As will liquidators BDO.
Tempting thought this question is, I’ll leaving it hanging for now. There is a more intriguing topic.
When asked how much profit he made on his Rangers venture Whyte said, “Any arrangements I made with the purchaser [Green] are confidential.”
The BBC headlines from yesterday, proclaiming that Whyte “brought Green in to buy Rangers” points to the most important matter. While Duff and Phelps were busy using creditors money to try to sell the business, Craig Whyte realised he was the Only Game in Town, and operated a parallel sales process. He had security over the stadium and it therefore didn’t matter who else entered the bidding for Rangers.
No matter what deal they put in front of Duff and Phelps. The Blue Knights, Bill Miller and Bill Ng would never in a position to pull a deal together as Whyte agreed a deal with Charles Green.
It doesn’t really matter if Green had any prior relationship with Whyte or if they were brought together by Whyte’s contacts in London (which both seem to agree on). Whyte had a price to hand over his shares (likely to be £1) and his security over the stadium (this is the interesting bit) and Green met it.
The Blue Knights thought they had a deal, so did Bill Miller, but neither had the stadium. Having secured agreement with Whyte, only Green could deliver a deal; no matter how little was on the table for creditors. Duff and Phelps subsequently accepted £5.5m for the assets of the club, the highest deliverable bid received. The only bid from the population of one who had secured use of the stadium.
Which brings us back to the heading at the top of the page, “Any arrangements I made with the purchaser are confidential.” Agree, Craig, this is not something you want to discuss openly.
This statement came in response to Chris McLaughlin asking how much of a profit Whyte made at Rangers. A more reserved interviewee would have dismissed the question by saying something like “No one but Duff and Phelps made money out of this one”, but our Craig was in full flow by this stage of the interview.
With a glint in his eye he confirmed a deal was done. Forget all the adjectives you’ve heard about the man over the last year, “stupid”, “dumb”, “clown”, this clown gave Ticketus a personal guarantee for circa £24m, put the man who agreed to his terms in place, and then made a profit out of the deal.
I’ve no idea who owns the stadium (could be Green, Whyte or Whyte senior) or what consideration passed for it when Green and Whyte put pen to paper, but this is the crux of the entire deal. Did Craig Whyte secure his profit by signing over the Ibrox security for free, did he sell it to Green at an undisclosed price or does he retain an earn-out interest in the property – and, therefore, ultimately the Newco.
It remains to be seen what liquidators BDO make of the confidential deal between Green and Whyte. Will they see the stadium asset exchange as being in the best interest of creditors or as a deal against creditors’ interests? I hear Charles Green yesterday claimed the company’s property assets were worth in the region of £80m. I’m sure HMRC were taking notes.
Is there anyone left who believes that all Craig Whyte received in exchange for passing the keys of Ibrox to Green was £1? Maybe Mr Green will be keen to explain ahead of his share issue, just to clear up where working capital is going.
There is a great Tribute Night for Pat McCluskey coming up at the Supporters’ Club on London Road next Friday, 26th October. Frank McAvennie and top comedian, Pat Rolink, are both speaking after a three course meal. Cost for the event is £40 per person. The Club holds around 200 people and I hear there are only a small number of tickets available from Pat Rolink on 07905 174275.

“It remains to be seen what liquidators BDO make of the confidential deal between Green and Whyte”
Given some on the blog seem to think that BDO are in cahoots with Sevco what confidence do we have in them carrying out their duties in an impartial and professional manner?
Many commentators have mentioned that Rangers fans could have done better in reacting to events. A recent neuroscience article seems to have an explanation.
In part this is the explanation for Rangers’ fans failure to adjust to the process of change.

Their key needs have not been met.
These needs include status, certainty, autonomy, relatedness, and fairness — the foundation of the SCARF model. If out of synch, these five needs have been shown in many neuroscience studies to activate the same threat circuitry activated by physical threats, like pain.
They are hurting!

“In terms of Craig, he signed a cheque for UK£1million and was one of the founder investors.”
“When a man signs over £1million from his own bank account then I think he is entitled to have a look at what he has invested in.”
As an example of misleading pronouncements, nowhere, in those two statements, can you be sure that Craig Mather has invested £1m pounds in Rangers FC.
He may have invested a lesser amount in Rangers.
He may, once in a past life, have written out a cheque for £1m pounds.
But nowhere does it state conclusively that he did so on behalf of Rangers.
Lying is now such second nature to these people that, even when they have a truth to tell, they cannot help but cloud it in vague and imprecise wording, conveying ambiguous messages.
Gene’s a Bhoy’s name – Anyone with a twitter account can start a rumour, twitter is by it’s very nature full of white noise.
Why would HMRC as major creditor appoint a liquidator with a vested interest? Next someone will suggest HMRC have shares in sevco.
We can put this one down to mischief making, I think.

Court diary for next week is now up: the only ‘footballing’ matter for LH is to do with Albion Rovers!
You see, what Mister Sir David Murray and Charles Green are missing is the financial/media equivalent of Jack Ruby (Over fondness for dogs notwithstanding although strangely apt).
Because right now the equivalent of Lee Harvey Oswald is out and about and walking.
And talking.
And boyso, boyso does he like to talk…
But then Craig should have known being of my age group – Time flies past when you’re the driver of a train, as you ride on the footplate there and back again.
Just in time for Halloween.

the assets wil be reposessed and publically auctioned the blue knights will make their move.
the cabal of conmen will be left out of pocket and under investigation.
yesterdays waltz was orchestrated by media house, who have been writing the score since EBT news escaped their control.
I expect this was their last ditch contingency plan but last nights puppet show was cobbled together in an attempt to return ayebrokes to hun hands.
Their support are now used to the idea change has to come even profound change, what ever club plays at ayebrokes the hun will refer to them as rangers, last chance saloon time.
If that article is spot on then the cardigan must be due a return to be the hero.

Thanks to those who responded to my airline request. I have a comment re the admins/liquidators. They are both UK based outfits and therefore can be pressurised to be lenient. The perfect situation for the truth to be exposed is to get liquidators from the Republic of Ireland, all hard core Celtic fans, they will leave no stone unturned which is the way it should be, no one can claim they were unfair as they would do the job the way it should be done. This is all assuming that the liquidators can come from outside the UK.
Guys – I’m off to Rotterdam next week on business. Looking for suggestions from anyone in the know as to best bar to watch the Barca game on Tuesday.
Thanks in advance !

But say you were a major shareholder in Newco/Sevco? Wouldn’t you angry that your investment in Newco/Sevco was in some way filtering back to the Duper?
Or that, this year’s Barnsley Born Billionaire, had cuddled with last year’s Motherwell Born Billionaire and you could be, as major shareholder, be paying rent to the uberduper?
Then factor in if you’re a major shareholder in Newco/Sevco and you just happen to manage said Newco/Sevco and you’ve publicly decried the Motherwell Born Billionaire and you’re implicitly/explicitly a link to helping a share issue ‘float’ amongst the detritus of Oldco…
Take away all their other woes for now…

15th July
At a supporters meeting, held in the Thistle
Hotel (Glasgow) this afternoon and organised by John ‘Bomber’ Brown, it was
alleged that Craig Whyte still holds a floating
charge over Ibrox and Murray Park (a
floating charge which was registered with
Companies House on March 21st), and is
very much calling the shots still at Rangers.
John Brown reiterated his belief – as already
shared via twitter earlier in the week – that
Craig Whyte is ‘100%’ still involved.
Questions related to Scotlands Zombie club
Section 1. SFA governance, administration and accountability
Are there any other SFA employees or officials past or
present apart from Campbell Ogilive who received EBT´s.
If so who and why did they receive them ?
Did any referee or member of the refereeing committee
in Scotland get EBT payments from Rangers FC either
directly or indirectly ?
Who in the SFA whom were not recipients of EBT’s knew
about them ?
What Rangers employees have been recipients of Rangers
funds not disclosed to the SFA ?
How did Rangers FC manage to get an approved license
from the SFA while trading insolvently and especially
as the “wee tax case” was still outstanding ?
When will Grant Thornton (accountant) be asked to explain
his company signing off Rangers FC Accounts ?
Are any members of the SFA committees or refereeing
committee ”MEMBERS OF A SECRET SOCIETY ?
If yes is it the same secret society ?
Will the SFA publish all the correspondence between
the SFA and Rangers concerning Rangers’s use of EBT’s ?
Will the SFA confirm they have carried out the
necessary checks on all members of the consortium that
hold the licence of The Rangers and it was to their
satisfaction ?
When Rangers FC were clearly in financial difficulties,
what steps were taken to get the EBT loans repaid ?
Was any advice offered by anyone who knew both sides
of the story exactly, somebody like Campbell Ogilvie ?
If not then why not ?
Were any steps taken at all to call back loans ?
If not then why not ?
Who at the SFA were complicit either by either
actively helping or turning a blind eye to the EBT
scam ?
Has Charles Green passed a fit and proper persons test ?
What financial checks were carried out ? and does the
Sevco share issue that their chairman described as
an income stream not indicate that you may have been
duped ? If so were you deliberately duped ?
What exactly is the five way agreement between Sevco,
Rangers, SFL, SFA & SPL, where is the detailed
discussions and documentation regarding the five
way agreement ?
Considering Craig Whyte asserts that he brought Charles
Green into Rangers can you please explain in detail all
the necessary checks that were performed beforehand to
allow Charles Greens Sevco to be issued with a license
when any relationship with Charles Green was
specifically not permitted ?
Were other clubs privy to this agreement beforehand ?
If they were not consulted then why not ?
Did part of it involve The Rangers receiving TV payments
as part of this deal?
Were the payments to SFL taken from current members
leading to the reduction already shown by Hearts
inability to pay players on time?
How exactly did the SFA managed to give Sevco a
License without passing the proposal through their
respective boards ?
What outside political pressure (i.e non footballing
entities) has been employed during the entire Rangers
liquidation affair and how did this influence subsequent
behaviour and decisions ?
Were these illegitimate meetings minuted and documented ?
What priorities were given precedence by the SFA over
these external influences ?
Was this political interference immediately reported to
UEFA ? If not why not ?
Who within the SFA initiated or helped with the failed
first attempt to parachute Rangers FC into SFL1
i.e ‘make this all go away for the ‘cost of some titles
and cups’ idea ?
Why was Stewart Reagan (the Chief Executive of the SFA)
present at the meeting of the SFL clubs to decide which
league “Rangers” should be placed in?
Has detailed minutes been taken over such an historic
initiative when the inevitable Rangers liquidation was
being discussed and decided upon ?
If they haven’t, was there an independent body there
to observe and to detail who was present considering
the momentous decisions being discussed, i.e. kicking
a cheating club out of the game?
If so then where and when can we view the information
of what exactly was discussed in these crucial meetings ?
Why is EBT beneficiary and Head of the SFA Campbell
Ogilvie still employed by the SFA ?
How can the Scottish public be rest assured that
Campbell Ogilvie has indeed taken a back seat in matters
pertaining to Rangers FC & Sevco considering he presided
as Director/Treasurer over possibly the biggest ever case
of sporting malfeasance by anyone in the history
of sport ? His defence of ignorance of wrong doing is not
credible. His statement that he felt that he hasn’t been
doing his job since February is therefore more
unacceptable.
When did he ever, other than preserving the continuation
of Rangers FC, did his job as set down by the statutes of
the association that he is head of ? and does the lack of
any coherent action not bring charges of bringing the
game into disrepute directly onto the SFA itself ?
And if it does .. who handles this charge ?
Is it known now by the SFA that Sir David Murray
habitually lied to them and of so why have they
never intimated that knowledge to the Scottish public ?
Will an independent body eventually be appointed to
investigate how the SPL handled Rangers liquidation
and can we get assurances that this will not be buried
under any new possible league reconstruction ?
How much exactly or approximately did Rangers FC benefit
financially from the kickback from the EBT ‘loans’,
i.e. how much sponsorship, winnings, etc over and above
their inherent turnover, did they gain from it ?
When without the EBT usage and associated benefits
(as above, winnings, CL money etc), would Rangers FC
been declared bankrupt ?
Why ? When it was apparent that vast quantities of
external revenues were being used to finance the
Ibrox club (Dave King, Joe Lewis/ENIC, JJB, NTL, MIH
write-down, etc, etc, etc) did nobody in the SFA ever
demand reassurances when things started looking bleak
when Lloyds arrived to take over the financial dealings
at Rangers ?
The 25m pound wage that Dave King picked up via EBT 6
months after joining Rangers, why were the SFA content
with this transaction ?
How would any of the former Rangers board who insisted
that “the debt was coming down” when Craig Whyte took
over (which of course it wasn’t – it was skewed by 2
years of CL money) have funded the club in the 2011/12
season and why did the SFA not seek any financial
assurances then ?
In the narrative of the SFA accounts for 2007 and 2008
there is no reference to Smith leaving never mind
compensation. Accounts have been approved by Messrs Peat,
Ogilvie, McCrae and G Smith.
Did Rangers FC ever pay the SFA compensation when
Walter Smith walked away from the Scotland manager’s job?
If not why has this never been reflected in any accounts ?
What does Charles Green know about CO & other SFA
members that permits him to act without fear of
consequences of his actions within the SFA
organisation ?
Does the SFA find the Ibrox crossbar challenge an
acceptable development ?
Why is the SFA not insisting that Sevco pay their
domestic and European football debts before spending
money on anything else ?
When will the SFA act on the repeated illegal and
provocative behaviour of Sevco fans ?
Why have you never pursued Craig Whyte for the fine
that you imposed on him ?
How exactly did the SFA manage to give Sevco a License
without passing the proposal through their own board
bearing in mind what happened with Craig Whyte and his
outstanding fine ?
When were you informed that Rangers FC stopped paying
tax and PAYE for their players in October 2011 ?
Why has Sevco consistently been given higher grade referees
for their matches compared to their division 3 counterparts ?
Section 2. SPL governance, administration and accountability
Are there any SPL employees or officials past or present
apart from Martin Bain and John Mc Clelland who received
EBT´s ? If so who are they and why did they receive them ?
Who at the SFA were complicit either by either actively
helping or turning a blind eye to the EBT scam ?
Why were non-employees of Rangers FC receiving loans
from a Trust set up for the benefit of said club
receiving EBTs and the SPL were unaware ?
How exactly did the SPL manage to give Sevco a License
without passing the proposal through their own board ?
Who within the SPL initiated or helped with the failed
first attempt to parachute Rangers into SFL1 i.e
‘make this all go away for the cost of some titles
and cups’ idea ?
Has detailed minutes been taken over such an historic
initiative when the inevitable Rangers FC liquidation
was been discussed and decided upon ?
If you haven’t, was there an independent body there to
observe and to detail who was present considering the
momentous decisions being discussed, i.e. kicking a
cheating club out of the game ?
If so then where and when can we view the information
of what exactly was discussed in these crucial meetings ?
Why was Neil Doncaster (the Chief Executive of the SPL)
present at the meeting of the SFL clubs to decide which
league “Rangers” should be placed in ?
Which persons working within the SPL organisations past
or present have received a Rangers FC EBT ?
Why when it was apparent that vast quantities of external
revenues were being used to finance the Ibrox club
(Dave King, Joe Lewis/ENIC, JJB, NTL, MIH write-down, etc)
did nobody in the SPL ever demand reassurances when things
started looking bleak when Lloyds arrived to take over the
financial dealings at Rangers ?
Did anyone at the SPL ask to clarify the situation at
Rangers when Walter Smith said (in October 2009) that
the bank was “running the club” ?
Will an independent body eventually be appointed to
investigate how the SPL handled Rangers liquidation and
can we get assurances that this will not be buried under
any possible future league reconstruction ?
What is taking the independent SPL commission chaired by
Lord Nimmo so long ?
When without the EBT usage and associated benefits
(winnings, CL money etc), would Rangers FC been declared
bankrupt ?
Have other SPL clubs been fully investigated with regards
to EBTs and second contracts ?
Did the SPL use any of Rangers FC prize money as funding
for the new improved parachute deal for Sevco that the
SFL received ?
If not then where did this money come from ?
What will eventually be done with the Rangers FC prize
money considering that they cheated to win it ?
Can SPL Chief Executive Doncaster explain his `Armageddon’
comments about loss of TV revenues if Rangers were not given
access to the SPL ? This brings up the additional points;
In October last year Craig Whyte informed SPL chief executive
and chairman, Neil Doncaster and Ralph Topping, that Rangers
were very likely to go into administration and that a CVA
was likely to fail. Was this assertion shared with other SPL
board members or did Doncaster and Topping keep it to
themselves as they pretended all was well while preparing to
change the rules to allow a Newco access to top flight
football ?
Was he approached by Sky and told the consequences of the
above happening ?
If so, where is the communication between the two? I remember
he stated there was a contract to be renewed in June/July
and then it all went quiet. At a conference last week he said
that he was surprised how `resilient’ the game was here.
So what happened in between times when the contract was
`negotiated’ ?
If the new contract was not to be signed until the summer
then why was Doncaster saying that the deal would be a
reduced one without `Rangers’ before the deal was agreed ?
(4 OF games)
The point is that if Doncaster was told by Sky that there
would be a reduced deal, then he will have this documentation
to back it up and won’t have a problem bringing this into the public
domain. However, if Sky did not instigate this and there were other
external pressures to scaremonger the clubs Directors (and supporters)
into voting for inclusion then where did it come from ?
When were you informed that Rangers FC stopped paying tax
and PAYE for their players in October 2011 ?
Considering Craig Whyte asserts that he brought Charles
Green into Rangers can you please explain in detail all
the necessary checks that were performed beforehand to
allow Charles Greens Sevco to be issued with a license
when any relationship with Charles Green was
specifically not permitted ?
Did the SPL notify member clubs last year when they were
informed admin was inevitable, that they had no money and
that chances of a CVA we’re slim ?
If not why not? Surely they had a duty to do so to protect
members in their dealings with them ?
Did Ralph Topping being privy to this information and being
a bookmaker at this juncture not have a conflict of
interests ? market to win SFL3 is only market not
available on William Hill web site this season
When Craig Whyte said he was telling the SPL that Rangers
were insolvent but were top of the league, were the SPL
willing to let them trade insolvently to win the SPL at
the expense of other SPL teams ?
Section 3. SFL governance, administration and accountability
Are there any SFL employees or officials past or present
apart who received EBT´s ?
If so who and why did they receive them ?
How exactly did the SFL manage to give Sevco a full
membership and not an associate membership against all of
their own statutes ?
Who within the SFL initiated or helped with the failed
first attempt to parachute Rangers into SFL1 i.e
‘make this all go away for the cost of some titles
and cups’ idea ?
How exactly did the SFL manage to give Sevco a license
so easily having never done this previously ?
Has detailed minutes been taken over such an historic
initiative when the inevitable Rangers liquidation was
been discussed and decided upon ?
If you haven’t, was there an independent body there to
observe and to detail who was present considering the
momentous decisions being discussed, i.e. kicking a
cheating club entirely out of the game ?
If so then where and when can we view the information
of what exactly was discussed in these crucial meetings ?
Why was Neil Doncaster & Stewart Reagan(the Chief
Executives of the SPL & SFA) present at the meeting of
the SFL clubs to decide which league “Rangers” should be
placed in ?
How much more money did the SPL & SFA have to promise
the SFL to allow Sevco direct entry into the SFL ?
Will an independent body eventually be appointed to
investigate how the SFL handled Sevco´s admittance to
the Scottish Football league as a full member and what it
cost top level Scottish football ?
Why were no non-league clubs offered the chance to apply
for the vacant place in the league following Rangers’
liquidation?
Can we also get assurances that this will not be
buried under any new possible league reconstruction ?
When were you informed that Rangers FC stopped paying tax
and PAYE for their players in October 2011 ?
Considering Craig Whyte asserts that he brought Charles
Green into Rangers can you please explain in detail all
the necessary checks that were performed beforehand to
allow Charles Greens Sevco to be issued with a license
when any relationship with Charles Green was
specifically not permitted ?
Section 4. Rangers FC governance, administration and accountability

Is it possible to see a comprehensive list of all
EBT recipients if the FTT goes against the former

What criteria was used to decide who were to be
EBT recipients ?
Who set this and who administrated it ?
How would any of the former Rangers board who insisted
that “the debt was coming down” when Craig Whyte took

years of CL money) have funded the club in the
2011/12 season ?
Who were the other EBT recipients ?
When employees received the net payment were they

More to the point – why would tax and NI be relevant

information (that they were possibly given) to HMRC
when completing their annual tax returns ?
Did your agent do likewise when he received his
percentage fees ?
When they received the net payment were they given
paperwork that qualified that; tax, PAYEE, N.I. had
been deducted at source?
How do you equate Sir David Murray saying the EBTs were
non-contractual with Billy Dodds saying he received his
EBT to pay his contract up?
Was one of Walter Smiths EBTs used to induce him away
from the Scotland national job ?
Were past managers and no longer employees of Ranger
paid EBT´s as bungs during player transfer negotiations ?
How much money did Sir David Murray invest into

How much money did Sir David Murray pay himself

The 25m pound wage that Dave King picked up via EBT 6

Are occupants considered to be at risk ?
Has any remedial action been planned ?
What is the current market value of Ibrox?
How did you, Sevco + Duff & Phelps agree on valuations that
differed slightly from Sir David Murrays 120m valuation?
Why was precedence placed on keeping valuable assets i.e the
players and reducing their contracts to a worthless sum
rather than selling the players for their market worth to
help satisfy creditors ?
What did Ally Mc Coist whisper in our Champions League
managers ear ?
Section 5. UEFA governance, administration and accountability
Does the fact that Sevco now exists and plays professional
football render the FFP initiative redundant ?
Why does UEFA not care about monies that were NOT spent to
ensure spectator safety (Taxes, Police, ambulance etc) ?
Is this an acceptable precedent ?
At what point will UEFA take an active role with the
present malaise that is Scottish football ?
Does UEFA recognise Scottish football is in a malaise due to
the failures of the Scottish football association ?
How can UEFA hope to implement any of its FFP policies if it
continues with a hands off policy regarding failing national
associations ?
Has any UEFA employee ever received and EBT from Rangers’s
employment benefit trust ?
If the answer to the above is yes. Then who and does this
help to explain UEFA´s non committal stance with regards
to tackling the malaise that Scottish football is in right
now ?
When were you informed that Rangers FC stopped paying tax
and PAYE for their players in October 2011 ?
Section 6. Sevco, administration and accountability
Why did Sevco pay £140k of creditors money to public
relations companies since Feb ?
Why have the ECA been very reticent to discuss Sevco ?
Does Ally Mc Coist have a 5% share in Sevco and can
he prove that he paid for it ?
What happened to the `Fighting Fund’ monies that were

What happened to the Milan friendly match charity

Has Charles Green got enough to cover costs until

including D&P costs ?
What is the current market value of Ibrox?
How did you, Sevco + Duff & Phelps agree on valuations that
differed slightly from Sir David Murrays 120m valuation?
What happened to the proposed litigation that you wanted to

What agreement exists between yourselves and Craig Whyte
and what money exchanged hands ?
Green says Whyte claims “misleading” .That’s as weak a
rebuttal imaginable. Why not say it’s “a lie, complete
nonsense ,no truth whatsoever” What´s teh grey area ?
Section 7. Duff & Phelps governance, administration and accountability
Where is Lord. Hodges report ?
Who owns the deeds to Ibrox ?
How much Rangers FC funds have been transferred to Sevco ?
The Duff & Phelps & Grier & David Murray connection. How
can you explain this relationship and is it legality ?
What is the situation with the Ticketus 27m loss ?
Was there any communication ever between Murray and
Ticketus ?
Why were assets valued at £140 million sold for £5 million
that no one else has had the chance to procure ?
Why did you still try to sign Cousins with creditors money
when the club had already gone into administration ?
How much is currently being paid to Ticketus ?
What is the current market value of Ibrox?
How did you, Sevco + Duff & Phelps agree on valuations that
differed slightly from Sir David Murrays 120m valuation?
Why was precedence placed on keeping valuable assets i.e the
players and reducing their contracts to a worthless sum
rather than selling the players for their market worth to
help satisfy creditors ?
What happened to the proposed litigation that you wanted to
take against the BBC ?
Section 8. HMRC governance, administration and accountability
When Charles Green thinks that his investment has increased
500% in value in three months how does HMRC explain that to
the taxpayer and more importantly the creditors of Rangers ?
Will all ex players of rangers who received EBT loans be
asked to pay them back ?
Why did they ever think a non-repayable tax free “loan”
was legal ?
Were they advised badly ? If yes by whom ? and was it
systematic ?
Are they willing to repay the loan, or at least the tax
payable on it ? as it was never a loan ?
When will the FTT result be in and what is causing the
massive delay ?
What was said between Alex Salmond and the tax authorities,
that if disclosed would cause a cross border incident and
was this meeting minuted ?
Were Ticketus conned ?
Is the Octopus a Ponzi ?
Will HMRC publish all correspondence between themselves
and all MSP’s and Westminster’s MP’s ?
Section 9. BDO governance, administration and accountability
When do you start ?
What is the delay ?
Is BDO behind Blue Pitch Holding who have 23% stake
in Sevco?
Was there ever any communication ever between Murray
and Ticketus ?
Was there ever any communication ever between Murray
and Ticketus
Were Ticketus conned ?
Is the Octopus a Ponzi ?
Section 10. Media reporting and accountability
What is the relationship between Media House and BBC
Sportsound Scotland considering their strenuous alignment ?
What happened to the second part of the BBC documentary
that Mark Daly promised ?
Why ? When it was apparent that vast quantities of
external revenues were being used to finance the Ibrox club
(Dave King, Joe Lewis/ENIC, JJB, NTL, MIH write-down etc.)
did nobody in the media ever question the possibility of
money laundering when they never actually moved forward ?
When will the media start to report honestly on the repeated
illegal and provocative behaviour of Sevco fans ?
When Craig Whyte was first being showboated by the Scottish
media, no information was released by the media about Sir
David Murray himself, However the day after Craig Whyte
bought them Sir David Murray had announced his engagement
to his fiance it made front page news on the red tops.
Was this an early indication of how the Scottish media
would play the Rangers takeover and inevitable liquidation
out ? If so how was this decided upon … is this strategy
minuted anywhere ? And how did competitors all agree upon
the exact same strategy ?
The Duff & Phelps & Grier & David Murray connection why
was it never further investigated when it was revealed ?
Will the NUJ investigate the journalistic standards of;
The Daily Record, The Sun, The Herald, Evening Times,
The Scotsman, BBC Scotland, STV, Radio Clyde, Scottish
sports journalists working for English titles during
Rangers administration and liquidation ?
Were Ticketus conned ? Why has this never been
investigated or reported ?
Is the Octopus a Ponzi ? Why has this never been
investigated or reported ?
How can Jim Traynor do his job impartially for the BBC
when he has been compromised by being seen in public
with Sir David Murray and Walters Smith while having
to issue personal apologies to Peter Lawwell through
his newspaper at the same time ?
How many EBT beneficiaries does the BBC employ on a
full time , part time or contract basis ? and why ?
Why is every Rangers match televised and how much have
Rangers & Sevco earned from live TV coverage compared to
other SPL clubs ?
Why did the BBC edit out the comments from Craig Whyte
with regards to Alex Salmonds participation in
intervening in Rangers tax issues ?
Section 11. Police accountability
Why ? When it was apparent that vast quantities of
external revenues were being used to finance the Ibrox
club (Dave King, Joe Lewis/ENIC, JJB, NTL, MIH write-down
etc), did nobody in the police ever question the
possibility of money laundering ?
When will the police start to act and report honestly
on the repeated and provocative illegal behaviour of
Sevco fans ?
The Duff & Phelps & Grier & David Murray connection. Why
has this never been reported or investigated ?
Were Ticketus conned ? Are you investigating this ?
Is the Octopus a Ponzi ? Are you investigating this ?
Who represented the police at any of the creditors meetings
with regards Rangers FC administration ?
If there was no representation at these meetings then why
not ?
Are the police happy with all safety aspects regarding Ibrox
stadium and are content that it meets all the necessary legal
criteria to stage well attended football games ?
Section 12. Green Hornet
Why ? When it was apparent that vast quantities of
external revenues were being used to finance the Ibrox
club (Dave King, Joe Lewis/ENIC, JJB, NTL, MIH write-down)
did ever the question arise that an obvious money
laundering scam was possibly in place ?
Who is Charles Green working for ?
Why did the Bank of Scotland support MIH and in turn
the Rangers to the level they did ?
What was Gavin Masterton’s role and crucially the role
of the Bank’s of Scotlands board in overseeing MIH
transactions ?
What specific relationships (professional, personal,
society) was there with Sir David Murray ?
Is there an even murkier ‘dirty laundry’ secret yet
to be revealed ?
What was the situation with regards SPL stadium
refurbishment and Sir David Murray´s companies winning
the contract for this work ?
Was the stadium refurbishment an SFA or Bank of Scotland
inspired strategy that just happened to help Sir David Murrays
business ?
Who really introduced EBTs to Minty – perhaps a big
Fife banker and not a porno star ?
Was there any communication ever between Murray
and Ticketus ?
The Duff & Phelps & Grier & David Murray connection.
At what point was this known to the financial authorities ?
How much did Sir David Murray receive from two Scottish
Banks ?
How much money did these two Scottish Banks receive
from the UK taxpayer ?
Were Ticketus conned ?
Is the Octopus a Ponzi ?
How much exactly or approximately did Rangers FC
benefit financially from the kickback from the EBT
‘loans’, i.e. how much sponsorship, winnings, etc
over and above their inherent turnover, did they gain
from it ?
Section 13. Scottish Courts
Where is Lord. Hodges report and what is the status
of it ?
Why were suspicions not raised when in 1996 highly
paid super star Andy Goram could only pay an issued
fine with minimal installments ?
Why were suspicions not raised when in 2001 highly
paid super star Lorenzo Amoruso could only pay an
issued fine with minimal installments ?
Why were suspicions not raised when in 2008 highly
paid super star Nacho Novo could only pay an issued
fine with minimal installments ?
Does this not indicate a massive failure within the
judicial system ?
Does it hint at financial malpractice possible fraud
going back to 1996 ?
What has been the delay in the FTT, Craig Whyte´s roofing
prosecution, the report from Duff & Phelps to Lord Hodge ?
Can the report delay delay liquidation ?
If so why is this being so quietly accepted without recourse
of action to the administrators ?
Are all these delays related to one matter considering all
the cases are ?
Why has Lord Hodge not announced that there was no conflict
of interest ?
Section 14. Alex Salmond and the SNP government
Did Craig Whyte complete the necessary HMRC request
forms to allow you to intervene on Rangers behalf
of their tax problems ? If not why not ?
Did Alex Salmond mislead the Scottish Parliament over
his intercession with HMRC on behalf of Rangers?
Do you consider Sevco to be an integral part of
Scottish society ?
At what point in time were you made aware of the
perilous financial situation at Rangers and by whom ?
Would you welcome further endorsements of your party
and policies by Sir David Murray ?
Why are Sevco fans immune from the new legislation
that prompted you to call for an immediate football
summit ?
If you were aware of Rangers perilous financial state
before the football summit do you now accept that you were;
either putting the cart before the horse (so why ?) or you were
indeed hoodwinked into the Rangers must survive at all costs
PR campaign orchestrated by Media house presumably
especially considering that Sevco fans are immune from
prosecution ?
Are Sevco fans being spared from prosecution as this is
what media house have requested ?
To whom have you spoken to with regards the perilous
financial state of Rangers and were these meetings
minuted ?
If not why not ? What do you have to hide ?
Are you still proud of Rangers FC historic accomplishments ?
Are you content that Scottish Independent Television openly
admitted to becoming Rangers and Sevco´s official media
partner as you had nothing to say on the matter ?
Is this your vision of a future of Scotland where the only
Independent Scottish Television channel is a customer
of Rangers FC and then Sevco especially considering
how much public finance is given to Sevco from BBC
Scotland ?
Section 15. ECA governance, administration and accountability
Does the ECA approve of the use of EBT´s to pay players and
football employees ?
Has the meeting you have had with Charles Green been minuted ?
Do you consider Sevco to have taken the place of Rangers within
your organisation ?
If yes how has this come to pass considering your own statutes ?
Why has so far no decision been taken upon this ?
Is Karl Heinz Rumennigge compromised in his position as head
of the ECA considering that HIS General manager of Bayern Munich
– a club he partly owns – is an EBT beneficiary ?
Does the above also explain why the ECA have ignored this issue
with regards to one of their founder clubs ?
That the ECA statutes were partly written by John Mc Lelland
is it safe to conclude that the ECA is only a vehicle to extract
monies from UEFA for the use of club players on international
duty and has in fact no interest in FFP ?
If yes then why the hands off attitude to the situation caused
by Rangers FC ?
Section 15. SPFA governance, administration and accountability
Why has the SPFA made no comment so far on the general use of
EBT´s ?
Would the use of EBT´s reduce a members fees considering part of
his salary would be hidden ?
When were you informed that Rangers FC stopped paying tax and
PAYE for their players in October 2011 ?
OK Lhads and Lhassies
More questions please ??
Thanks
Hail Hail
I can appreciate and relate to all of the conspiracy theories – and there is no doubt that there are all sorts of shenanigans afoot to cover tracks, protect positions and help Sevco get off the ground.
But I do keep coming back to the one question that gives me hope that heads will eventually roll over all of this – why did HMRC refuse the CVA?
Awe Naw
How many and which of the original Sevco investors are/were investors in the Ticketus project?

Shortbread suddenly seem very keen on the cost of watching SPL fitba……………
………..they’re usually not that forensic when it comes to financial matters in fitba’………………………………I wonder what’s changed?

Chr glee nears
Craigy boy Whyte was spot on when he said Minty did nothing about the forthcoming EBT train crash because Minty knew damn well the amount needed to avoid the crash was only obtainable by serious downsizing and the sale of major assets
Instead Minty gambled with Oldcos future so he could get to the hell out of Dodge
If he did put any sales money away they would probably still be in the SPL although Minty then would have been the sole architect of the subsequent downfall
You see a lot of it was about Sir Minty getting out and saving face before he copped the rap and “conveniently” Craigy boy was there to help him out for a pound
Craigy boy Whyte the current panto villain may well become the hero in years to come after all he set in motion the wheels that would lead to them being debt free something that would have never have happened for decades if Minty payed out what was due to the taxman
Liquidation was the best option and they all knew it and made moves for it to happen
Just when u think the pantomime that is the ‘sashes to ashes’ story can’t give any more intrigue/scandal, it does. And surely there is a lot more to come!

Aw naw…….that was a belter!
Kitalba @ 10.11.
Well dug out that piece was. Good work.
I have to commend Mr.Adam’s honesty and foresight. It couldn’t have been easy for him to say what he did, especially his complimentary comments about how we were being run, compared to Minty’s business plan.
However, he made a comment that made me chuckle. He described Minty as “less of a businessman, and more of an impressario”, cue, images of Max Bialystock.
“Perdat,perday!”
Springtime for Minty!!
Well put mark on clyde.hh
