RAITH ROVERS SIGN YOUNG CELT ON LOAN

CELTIC youngster Regan Hendry has joined League One outfit Raith Rovers on loan for the rest of the season.

The 19-year-old midfielder has yet to make a first team appearance for the Hoops, but has featured regularly for the youths domestically and in European competition.

Hendry said: “I’ve been playing Under-20 football for a long time now and it’s good to get something new.

“Raith Rovers is a massive club for my first loan, so I am excited to get started.

“I’ve not really had that chance in the first team at Celtic and I am looking for that here.”
