Tom Rogic had clearly been identified as our most dangerous creative player. He was hacked throughout, before retiring early in the second half. Scott Brown and Nir Bitton were also on top of their game, controlling the crucial central area.
Both full backs, Mikael Lustig and Kieran Tierney, got assists, as they created width to allow the central players to do their stuff.
Brendan Rodgers will hopefully highlight that the only two attempts on goal we conceded came a moment after we scored, near the end of each half. Teams notoriously lose concentration after scoring.
I’m off to find out who their no. 4 was. I’ve him down for two assists on his own. Liabilities, to a man – the keeper apart, who did well.

Major gripe (although not unexpected) is Sky’s insistence on making the highlights look like it was a tight game and as a consequence making the zombs look half decent.
They should research their own interviews and point out that Warbles was wibbling woefully (stop it) to claim Lustig had been previously booked.

My feeling in it will be that it would be funny, enjoyable, no more than karma owes everyone ….. But the original 7-1 was against a good (shudder) rangers team and much against the run of form.
It’s a different beast these days. Regular spankings will have the fans of newco hoping they don’t have to play us in the cups.
I think I’m going to enjoy watching the Dons hump them. I’ll tolerate hearts beating them and then the Ross counties and others making life awkward. Sitting on 8 points and -2 GD after 5 games – there is a very real chance that it could take them a month from now to hit double figures for points. I might be greedy hoping the same could be said for them hitting -10 before they do….. But it’s possible.
