  1. Today’s official League Cup Final starting line up ……

Forster; Frimpong, Jullien, Ajer, Hayes; Brown, McGregor; Forrest, Christie, Elyounoussi, Morgan

Subs: Gordon, Bolingoli, Bitton, Rogic, Ntcham, Johnston, Edouard

  2. No Griffiths ?

Hopefully Neil is right about Morgan.

Wouldnt be my choice, but will trust the manager……..

  3. Pace all over the team..huns back four slow and ponderous.

Get the ball on the ground and we will pass them off the park.

  4. Hunderbirds are Gone on

I think Wednesday was Bauer’s Cup Final audition, and like me, Lenny didn’t see enough from him.

    🍀⚽️

  5. Neil obviously see more in Morgan, I’ll go along with the Manager. My main worry is ‘Hun weather’

  6. Just hope if it goes pear shaped this evening that ghuys don’t go over the top in recriminations. This team has done 3 Trebles, some day they are going to lose a Trophy. When it does happen we should celebrate what they have achieved rather than go ape shite over losing a game.

Hopefully I will be making this post again before The Scottish Cup Final.

  7. Fully expect Elyounoussi to tear Tavs(pen) a new one today and Broony to put his stamp on the midfield

  8. Hard shift ahead Celtic

Work hard and work for each other Celtic

Be there for your team mate.

    Go to it Celtic

Go to work and win the cup

God bless Celtic and all who support them

    :-)

    HH

  9. The weather is my only real worry re today`s outcome. If the very strong winds do not have too much of a negative impact on our team, then I remain very confident of a victory…..even if it means extra time ( which would make Sevco`s chances of reaching the KO stages of the EL just that wee bit harder !).

  10. The hands cant hit what the eyes cant see on

Davis is a big loss for them. Our strength today is our midfield, save for Kent, no one of their players gets close to our starting line up.

Morgan did well against Rennes when there was space to run into; he struggled against Hamilton who had 10 men behind the ball. Sevco will come out and leave gaps which can be exploited.

First goal (as ever) is pivotal.

  11. No one has mentioned the ref , has anyone ever seen a game that collum has reffed that he didn’t have a big say in the outcome , remember Aberdeen end of the year ? yes we overcame but he is allways a factor and yet no comment so far . win lose or draw remember your a celt .

  12. Good luck Celtic Footbal Club, play for each other fight for each other and apply your skill and determination for the full match. No slacking, no shirking no lack of application from anyone is acceptable.

  13. Whatever the outcome stay safe bhoys and ghirls ….

St Stivs condolences for your loss .

    N.O.W.A.

  14. Melbourne Mick on

Hello again all you young rebels.

01.30 am here in hot stuffy Melbourne, hope the hun defence is

as sweaty as i am today.

Big loss with Eddie not starting but maybe the day for Morgan to

convince us all he has what it takes.

    Lets go bhoys.

    H.H . Mick

  15. Corkcelt, I am you on that. We wont win every trophy. Will try though.

    No recriminations.

One thing is sure, whoever goes onto the pitch will give it there all.

  16. Ojai c.s.c. having a wee cup of tea before the mayhem ,hope the stream keeps up ..

Just get the job done Celtic.

  17. Odsonne told Lenny he didn’t feel comfortable to start today after training on Friday.

Good mature decision, putting the team first.

  18. If we are level at HT then I fancy us to go on from there as our bench is so much stronger. But it could very well be ‘first goal the winner’.

11 wins in a row plus 30 cup tie wins in a row – problem with success like that is that all runs eventually come to an end – just hope it’s not today HH

  19. I see St Stivs has lost his father. It brings a focus on what is really important.

God bless and receive Bill Higgins.

  20. theBHOYfromU.N.C.L.E on

Christie due a (christie like)good performance and more importantly a goal in this fixture………..

  21. FAVOURITE UNCLE on

    ‘GG on 8TH DECEMBER 2019 2:39 PM

A Good Immaculate Conception Day from a freezing sunny eastern seaboard.

GO on GG do your stuff.I.m off out nerves can’t take it.

  22. Confidence from last night has disappeared. Instead I’m questioning myself and Neil’s team selection. Concerned about the full back positions and Odsonne’s absence.

I hope my fears are unfounded and we start the game at pace and sweep them off the park.

  23. Rae and the gardener on BT alongside Strachan.

Wee man must be annoyed being placed alongside rank stupidity
