Lawwell hired Lennon. A ridiculous, retrograde appointment. A guy who previously managed Hibs and Bolton. His next job will be Falkirk or a team of that ilk. Neil may have won trophies in his first stint, but so did Ronny and no one things Ronny is a quality manager.
Neil drove the team into the ground with his management, coaching and tactics. The blame lies with the Board and Neil.
If you don’t think that the manager and coaches have a huge impact on the team, then how do you explain the change in fortune of nearly every player in our squad between the Ronny and Brendan era?

Not since driving home from Ibrox ,after a 4-0 ( going on 10) defeat in 1999 have I felt this despondent and angry , about Celtic’s ineptitude.
Dermot brought in MON ,and bankrolled him ,on that occasion.

Is JHB the Board’s placeman? Of course the management has been unprofessional, and utterly incompetent. But who appointed them? Who is responsible for appointing Lennon, failing to fire him last August, ignoring “Don’t sleep at the wheel” warnings, calling Celtic fans “yobs” for protesting, and having an incompetent interim manager for 2 months as a July 20 CL date looms?
I’m ok to be honest. I’d no expectations of us doing anything today.
