    Good Morning All, The nature of Football & Football fans is we constantly want our team to get better and to sign better players and there is little doubt that there is a major CQN debate on this issue coming down the tracks and I will welcome it when it comes but hopefully not today.

     

    We weren’t at our best yesterday and it does seem that the long Season of never stopping is beginning to take it’s toll on some of our Bhoys.

     

    However we have done the Business & how good does that feel.

     

    I’m off to try & hit a Golf Ball but looking forward to rewatching everything about yesterday & hopefully reading joyous Celtic Blogs .

    BBC Breakfast covers the sport this morning including our semi game plus Ange interview. Meanwhile the Scottish element doesn’t even mention it, I feel their pain 🤣🤣🤣🤣

    I wonder if Tony ralston could play midfield , he has the attributes to play in there . Strong , brave and has ability . Imho the type of player missing from our midfield , Maybe not the skill of MOR but definitely a lot tougher .

    Radio Scotland at 7.30 spent most of their sports slot reminicsing about Caley Thistle beating us and at 8.30 having Kenny Miller telling us how the deid team are as good as us and will buy a new team in the summer.

    How desperate was Cantwell to look good to the hordes – not just that incident but with his posturing throughout the game?

    A wee peek into folly folly …

     

     

    After much thought and analysis I’ve come to the following conclusions. Our forward line collectively and individually is shite, really really shite. Our defence is just shite. Not really really shite but just shite. Our midfield competed today and the only saving Grace is that they are less shite than our forwards who are really really shite and our defence that is just shite. Today was shite.

    Beales mistake was not putting Can’twell in the back line along side Goldson………

     

     

    Did you see how he defended the water bottles, quick to react, brushed off the advances of Hatate with ease….

     

     

    Barasic is my favourite rangers player, motm everytime…. For us.

    McChuills and the whole Merchant City was one big, colourful, happy, drunken party..As I’m sure your boozer was.

     

     

    Finally I told myself to stop drinking . But I quickly realised I’m not going to listen to some drunk guy who talks to himself.

     

     

    So just carried on and now feeling rubbish.

    Just listened to the post match interview with Callum McGregor.

     

     

    So eloquent, respectful and so impressive. I don’t think Callum had his best game yesterday but he carries the captain’s responsibility so well on and off the park.
