They are winning everything and what they don’t the ref gives them. No excuse however- that was gash

Gordon made 2 good saves and they got a deflected goal. They will also flag as they have put enormous effort in during the first half.

Good news and bad news
It’s good that we are only one down.
It’s bad that we haven’t shown up yet.
Brown and Ntcham can get more of a grip and then we can see if our attacking trio of Forrest, Christie and Sinclair can get any kind of ball to Mikey because we haven’t done so this far.
All to play for in the 2nd half and , though Beaton has had some subtle influences, he is not the reason we are down at half time.
Cal Mac our best player and should be in the middle

Huns playing a high press and closing everything down upsetting our normal rhythm and forcing Gordon to punt to midfield where we lose possession.
Our shape seems wrong.
Some our players not showing for the ball and need cut it out.
Their pace will drop off and we will get more time on the ball to play second half.
The ref is a cheat. We are getting nothing and will be penalised for every contact made, fair or not.
Celtic totally swamped by Sevco and BR team selection under the internet microscope before the KO seems lightweight and not fit for purpose.
Only pone winner at HT and Rodgers will be forced to use his bench to salvage a second half that seems far away.
MacGregor is lost at the back and the playing out from the back was near disaster at Pitoddrie and SEvco are lapping it up.

Possibly our worst 45 mins of the season so far. Fair play to them, they have hassled and pressed and we haven’t dealt with it. High balls into our box have been a problem, so we need to deal with that better.
Hopefully Brendan changes things up. Tough to lose Benkovic but I would bring on KT, get Callum in midfield and hook Ntcham. Leaves us just the 1 change left for Eddy but worth the risk

Mind you , our front guys have had virtually no service.
Completely lacklustre first half from us yet without a deflected goal we would be going in level. They can’t play any better and we can’t play any worse.
Get KT on for Calmac and move him into the middle to replace Broonie who is offering nothing and slowing us down too much.

Shambolic performance. Let’s hope for changes and improvement in the second half. If we come back and win this it will absolutely shatter them. I’m worried now about Lustig after that ridiculous booking. He had nowhere to go. The ref will pounce on anything to give him a second.
Broonie is being caught out time and again. Passing poor, dwelling on the ball. Arfield getting away with murder. Brendan made too many positional changes to accommodate Kieran’s absence. Callum must return to his usual playmaker position. I don’t know what leadership Broonie is showing at the moment but he’s not demonstrating it in terms of play. Maybe his presence is helping our younger players. To me he’s hit our own bar and defl coed into our net for the goal. We could be 3 goals down at the moment.
We need to take something out of this match.

We are inviting pressure by passing backwards and not moving the ball through midfield quickly enough, ON looks lost on the right. Switch ON to the left and RC to the right of central midfield. Play with same team for another 10 mins, Eddy must be ready to come on. They will drop off and rely on balls in behind for Morelos to chase. SS needs to work much harder and do a lot more with the ball. We must improve across the board.

I’m worried about KA up against Morelos.
KA will be pushed, pulled, kicked, grabbed and generally fouled with no response from ref.
He needs to stay calm, firm and focused on winning the ball.
