ON-LOAN £12million Wonder Bhoy Paddy Roberts is looking forward to impressing new managers at Celtic AND Manchester City.
The 19-year-old winger, who joined the Hoops from the English giants on an 18-month loan deal in January, will have to prove himself to Ronny Deila’s replacement as well as City’s new boss Pep Guardiola in the new season.Roberts, who has been named the Premiership Player of the Month for April, is well used to managerial instability, having seen plenty of comings and goings during his spell with his first club Fulham.

He said: “I’ve had new managers when I was at Craven Cottage. I think I had four so new managers come and go. It’s part and parcel of football.

“My priority is always to impress the manager, so whoever I have to impress, then I’ll try to do so. It helps if you can make a good first impression.

“A manager comes in and they have players they like or bring in their own, so if you’re already here you have to make sure they like you.”
