PADDY ROBERTS has been included in Manchester City’s squad for their match against Girona tomorrow night.

The winger will travel to Spain with the rest of team-mates ahead of the Costa Brava Cup clash.

Roberts is still on Brendan Rodgers’ radar after his successful 18-month loan, but it now looks increasingly unlikely he’ll be signed before Wednesday’s Champions League first leg play-off against Astana.

The winger would have to be registered before 11pm tomorrow, but it looks like he will be in action for City after being included in their 26-man squad.

Girona enjoy a close working relationship with the Etihad outfit and Roberts was linked with a move to the newly-promoted La Liga side in June.
