PATRICK ROBERTS is set to make his return from injury against Partick Thistle in the Development League at Cappielow tonight.
The on-loan Manchester Cit hasn’t made an appearance since sustaining a hamstring injury against Motherwell on November 29.
Brendan Rodgers could include him in the first team squad for game against Dundee at Parkhead on Wednesday if he comes through without mishap.
There would also be the possibility of inclusion in the Scottish Cup-tie against Jim Duffy’s Championship Morton side in Glasgow three days later.
The Hoops gaffer is looking for width in his squad with Johnny Hayes ruled out for the remainder of the campaign with a broken leg.
