‘ROCKY’ CAIXINHA IN BUST-UP NUMBER TWO (ALLEGEDLY)

1

PEDRO ‘ROCKY’ CAIXINHA is alleged to have squared up to Celtic coach John Kennedy in the Ibrox tunnel at half-time on Saturday.

The Sevco Rangers boss ranted at Hoops skipper Scott Brown at the interval and was still fuming as he eventually made his way to the dressing room.

Caixinha had complained the Scotland international midfielder had supposedly elbowed Alfredo Morelos just before the break.

And in the tunnel, the ‘Portuguese Man of War’ is said to have taken exception to Kennedy and had to be calmed down as tempers frayed.

Brown, who had an outstandingh 90 minutes in the 2-0 triumph, went on Instagram after the game and posted a picture of Caixinha and himself with a message which read: “When u should just listen and no spk.”

Referee Craig Thomson took no action over the alleged incident between Brown and Morelos.

Ironically, the Colombian – nicknamed ‘The Buffalo’, which is not a tribute to his finesse with a football – was the first player to be booked by the match official after a crude challenge on Dedryck Boyata. Amazingly Thomson failed to issue a second yellow after Morelos’ assault on Celtic keeper Craig Gordon.

Celtic’s opening goal scorer Tom Rogic has also had his say on Caixinha’s bad behaviour – read HERE.
