BRENDAN RODGERS has been linked with a second swoop for a free agent after signing Nigerian striker Kelechi Iheanacho in a Europa League-beating deadline deal last night.
Now the Celtic manager is said to be looking at winger Emmanuel Dennis who has just negotiated his release from Nottingham Forest, according to a report in The Herald.
The 27-year-old attacker, who is a Nigerian international team-mate of Iheanacho, has been three years at the City Ground after signing from Watford in 2022.

Dennis made 19 league appearances in his first season, scoring twice and providing three assists, but struggled to establish himself in the first team.
In 2023/24, he joined Turkish Süper Lig side İstanbul Başakşehir before a temporary spell at former club Watford where he netted four goals in 17 league outings.
Last season, he spent time at Blackburn Rovers, failing to score in six appearances.
Former Leeds United striker Patrick Bamford, another free agent, has also been mentioned with the champions, but wage demands could prove to be a stumbling block.
