ROGIC READY FOR SEVCO

CELTIC supporters have been given an early Christmas present by Brendan Rodgers, who tonight took his side 14 points clear of Comedy Club SEVCO Rangers, who confirmed that Australian talisman Tom Rogic will be ready to face Ross County and play at Ibrox on Hogmanay.

Rogic was injured in the 2-1  home win over Dundee and limped off just before half -time after being on the receiving end of a wild lunge by former Celt Darren O’Dea.

Justice was seen to be done when Leigh Griffiths scored from the free-kick but many supporters were concerned when the Aussie playmaker left the ground wearing a moon boot.

Celtic sent the player for a scan to discover the extent of the injury and tonight Rodgers confirmed the good news  that Rogic will be back next week for the last two games in what will be a 44 game first half season for Celtic.

And James Forrest is also set to return, joining Scott Sinclair who has now recovered from the hamstring injury picked up against Barcelona in the Champions League last month.

Rodgers has been experimenting with his starting line-up in recent but it is looking like it will be no joke for the Comedy Club when the runaway league leaders turn up for our first ever match at Ibrox against SEVCO at full strength.
