I actually wrote one for Beram Kayal on Celtic Minded and a GB member picked it up from there. Was sing a few times at CP, but then the thug McCulloch did Kayal’s ankle (yellow card obviously) and he was never the same and barely featured in the first team again before moving down south.

Perfect game before Madrid. Lots of players got a rest, especially Joe Hart. Strangled County like a boa constrictor. Yang, Turnbull, Ralston, Oh and Palma all did well. That ref though? He gave me the fear throughout. Particular shockers – Scales goal, the Ross Co player getting a dangerous free kick for a blatant dive, them getting a dropped ball when we had uncosted possession and his initial failure to send the boy off for a leg breaker he was 2 yards from. And the usual Scottish ref trait of giving the opposition a cheap free kick every time they fall down. Cheating bar steward hun with a whistle.

Rotate ,Rotate ,We have the players good ones ,but they all need more game time ,5 and 10 minutes is no good ,and Oh is a hard worker,a couple times he shouting to Tufnbull and Kyogo to pass it to him wether he would scored I don’t know ,but at least he is in those positions to score .

I agree with those who questioned the decisions of the referee. He appeared to let them away with so many fouls. The number 25 up front just foiled every time he went for the ball but was not pulled up for it. Likewise the number 5 got away with so many fouls. Anyway, we won. Well done the bhoys, especially Scales.

Capped 15 times for Scotland Alec McNair was 41 when he finally left Celtic and retired from football. This incredible man and footballer played a record 604 times in the league & Scottish Cup for the Bhoys and scored 11 goals on his way to winning 12 league championships and six Scottish Cups. He wasn’t a flamboyant player as can be seen from that he had a modest tally of goals from his lengthy career but each of those goals was likely to mean a lot to him.

Having won 3-0, I would think complaining about the refereeing would carry more weight than it would after dropping points.
In Scotland, of course, it would not carry much more but every little helps.
PS I didn`t see the game so am simply basing my opinion on posts I have read today.
