Who in their right mind thought Neil Lennon was the man to take Celtic for0after Brendan Rogers???
This has been a piss take.

Ross C used all 5 subs. A decent manager would have substituted Rogic at HT at the latest.
Nothing on the flanks, no target man, but five midfielders. As someone said earlier, any SPL manager could get more out of this team. After all, we did beat he team currently on top of the French league.

On October 6 1993 after a dismal 1-2 loss up at Perth on the way back down Liam Brady resigned. Surely Lenny must do the honorable thing, its not the first time he has lost tae RC, 2 cup games come tae mind.
Jamesgang-not many managers quit while they are ahead. Much as I loved Walter myth going out in a blaze of getting humped twice he us still revered by them uns. Dick advocaat was schooled by MON. Jock Stein ended his celtic career in defeat. Martin O’Neil threw the league away. After a few years Neil will be remembered for winning 21 trophies with Celtic and inflicting alot of hurt on the orcs. They’ll enjoy this season I’m sure. Turgid football since October from them but grinding out wins from what I’ve seen.
From now until the end of the season I am taking it as it us and dreaming of better days ahead.
I dont know why but I had the sudden urge there to go search for my Hydroponics around Govan.

The problem is not that we are bad / carp / sh*te.
It is the fact that we are getting worse and we have no way out.
SB has to understand that it is now about what he does on the park — total dross — but it is about how he will be remembered as our captain.
He is not so much going down with a sinking ship — he is taking the lifeboats down with him.
The squad have given up — those that can are looking for moves / those that can’t are just taking in the money.
Horrible team put out — 3 x No.10’s plus CMcG only good in the opposition half.
DT is struggling to find his game while RC is phoning it in and TR is not really interested.
The exec level need to understand that tonight’s performance has taken 500 off the SB renewals.
We were that bad.

RC said second comment of the night about the formation…
================
That’s the very point – no formation / not structure / no plan / no tactics – absolutely zero.
Well…I take that back – there was ONE tactic in the last third.
That is – under NO circumstances must anyone use the width or full length of the pitch to get a cross or cut-back in.
Instead – anyone from 25-18 yards out MUST run with the ball, or pass the ball to someone (irrespective of the team they play for) , into the D at the edge of the box.
Because there is a LOAD of space there – there really is. Loads of space – all 75 times we tried the same thing. No defenders at all getting in the way – bags of space.

Keeping him this long could cost us a lot more in the long-run.
When you consider missed CL and 10IAR revenue, he was a very expensive appointment.

Keeping the manager in situ wasn’t a good idea in October. It was highly dubious why he was still in a job in January.
It’s inexplicable how he’s still employed in late February.
Or does Nicola Sturgeon still get the blame ?
Do the suits really think we’re a progressive football club ? ???
The auld photo album will be out soon 😉
Come back 2020. All is forgiven….
Dysfunctional team.
Dysfunctional club.
Non supporter absentee owner.
Well done RC, with luck that means one of the plastic pitch club goes down.
Nightmares are made of this.
Inexplicable that the Club have not ripped the clear problem out of the set up.
They have never shirked it in the past, sometimes unfairly
Stein, McNeill(second time), Hay, Macari, Burns, Barnes, Mowbray all sacked in my lifetime
Lennon (first time) , McNeill, Rodgers and Jansen walked when a success due to fall outs with the board
Strachan and O’Neill managed a transition with early amicable resignations
In 52 years, that is only 2 smooth transitions
Divorce is normal in football – why is Lennon unsackable ? There is something not reported going on
That was embarrassing.
But not as bad as the 2 Sparta Prague defeats.
That’s when he should have went
RC said second comment of the night about the formation. It doesn’t work, yet he has mnaged to get
4 number 10’s one forward, Tom Rogic and Scott Brown back and we get beat by Ross County
STILL DOESN’T WORK LENNON!!!!!!
PS Well done Ross County – did yourhomework against the most predictable team in world football.
Anyone who considers this man a legend. Tell us why?
No honour, no integrity, never a Celtic man. Honorable thing, not got it in him.
