  1. Dunfermline hotel.

Stay in north Queensferry. The hotel that looks at the bridges. Maybe a Hilton. Superb view.

  2. Apparently the ONION Bears are planning a walk out at the Huns v St Johnstone game today in the ……..55th Minute ?

As they only have ONE SPL Title since 2012, surely they should be walking out in the FIRST MINUTE of todays game ?

    THICK Cnuts !

    LOL

    HH.

  3. Top of the morning,

They are penniless worthless and now they are revolting for a spell they were out rival but for long time nothing more than our ENTERTAINMENT. 🍿 😋

  4. I expressed concerns early yesterday on here about ” YANG” being given a starting slot for yesterdays game, especially since we had KUHN and MAEDA missing.

I owe YANG a wee apology as he played quite well from the LEFT WING. He didnt have a ” Stormer” by any means, but he did reasonably well yesterday.

When LUKE MCCOWAN scored Celtics 4th Goal, I didnt realise until this morning just ” HOW MUCH” that Goal cost me with the Bookies, as I had Celtic to win by the correct score of 3 – 1 at odds of 10/1.

I had the 3 – 1 Bet on as a Single….but I also had it on with the HIBS v Motherwell Correct Score of 3 – 1 at odds of 12/1….in a Correct Score DOUBLE !

Can I SUE Luke McCowan for ” LOSS of Winnings” ?

    LOL.

Well done The CELTS yesterday….except for a certain Luke McCowan…

    LOL.

    HH.

  5. BRRB….

    Horse Racing yesterday….

I won a few Quid yesterday with THREE Winners outta FOUR Selections on a LUCKY 15 Bet.

The winners were at odds of …8/1, 11/2 and 0/30.

My other selection could only finish 3rd at odds of 7/1.

Still, I had a profitable day…and the Celts WON again !

    LOL

    HH Mate.

  6. Good Morning from a misty North Staffs. Looks like there’s signs of a thaw.

Had the grandson sleepover last night so been up for a few hours. Even beginning to understand what Alvin and the chipmunks are saying.

Well done. My horses are pulling a milk cart somewhere.

    Gene

Alvin and the chipmunks? They probably make more sense than that Belgian hun.

  8. 2 things I got from yesterday’s game. (1) Yang takes on a defender and can beat him. I think he ought to get a run on the left wing. Maeda beats his opponent by his speed, not ability. (2) Kyogo was back to his best playing from the right wing. That pass he made which led to the penalty was sheer class.

I thought that was the best we have played for quite a while. Now, we have options to play different tactics. Good news, imo.

  9. Aye Rod is a great ambassador for Celtic but the best band band to play at Ibrox was Jim Kerrs band:

    “SIMPLE MINDS at IBROX”

Never knew if it was and advert for a concert or another “Statement”

  10. Ross County v Celtic Yesterday..

OOPS I forgot…I also had KYOGO to score TWO GOALS yesterday with the Bookies at odds of 6/1.

    LOL

    HH.

  11. lets all do the huddle on

cant really be arsed with rod stewart.

not really a fan of him or his tunes.

but his celtic antics annoy the right people so i can live with that.

  12. Back to Basics - Glass Half Full on

    Good morning CQN.

    Happy days indeed.

I’m confident Brendan Rodgers will use this buffer to keep the squad relaxed and fresh without any complacency creeping in.

This caught my eye in the BBC Match report.

“Both sides had their chances in the first half”.

I’m honestly not trying to nit pick but can someone on here (genuine ask) point me to a single County “chance” in that period?

Must be doing something right, still making a shilling in his 70’s/80’s

Me? I THINK THAT BHOYS ALRIGHT. H H

  14. Park Road 67.

Great spot for the games. Did you go back later in the evening for Gerry O Glacain of the Irish Brigade?

It was a really good night. He is playing again on Tuesday after the Dundee game.

Enjoy the weather although it’s a wee bit cloudy at the moment.

    Hail Hail!

BACK TO BASICS – GLASS HALF FULL on 12TH JANUARY 2025 10:47 AM

I can remember Trusty miscontrolling a ball which let the Ross C. forward hit a shot into the side netting , so that would be ‘chance’ singular. We , on the other hand had ‘chances’ , plural.

I’m actually astonished by some of the attempts in the media to make out it was an even game we were lucky to win .

  16. BHEAVER

No I wasn’t back for the tunes at night and won’t be there for Dundee game we’re heading home today unfortunately, but we’ve had a great week here in Matagorda, enjoy the rest of your holiday HH 😎💚🍀

  17. See the new Hun Directors have commissioned a company doctor to undertake a 3 month analysis of Hun organisational effectiveness , metrics , ratios and dashboards everywhere , it would be a hoot if the final document ever got leaked.

Seems to me that they are attempting to turn the Hun into a modern football club who actually play football from an institution who want to win at all costs.

To get anywhere near their objective they’ll need to gut the place.

Chance of success 10-15% wouldn’t be far off the mark.

Fast backwards to todays game and if the football ghods are listening a 0-1 to Saint Johnstone would be marvellous.

    HH

  18. I don’t listen to the sports press… but if they are saying we are scraping wins and the huns are just unlucky to be a mere 18 points behind us, I’m happy with that. Let the huns think they are a couple of signings away from catching us… as long as we keep trying to improve I can’t ask for anything more

Its a lucky number in many cultures.

But not so lucky over at Greyskull

Snake Mountain was where the baddies came from Skeletor, Clement, Beale etc

Their problem is they have a fanbase who demand instant results , are rooted in the past (335 years to be precise) , and are resistant to the kind of root and branch change required to fumigate their club . I think your 10-15% is being generous !

    Agree with that 100%.

Also, not heard ‘fumigate’ for years & sums it up perfectly.

    Nice one! 😂😃👍

  23. See the smurfs are planning a walkout on the 55th minute during today’s game – so the ‘live within your means so we can develop all aspects of the club to meet the demands of a modern league’ has gone down well!

  24. Good result yesterday , and a fairly good performance from the team . I still think there is room for improvement that some more quality being brought in would fix . Still We are in a super position which had it not been for a totally woeful performance in the derby The table would look even more pleasing , in this window I would love to see us adding some steel to our midfield ,a fault I believe contributed to our said woeful performance , we were bullied all over the park ,raskin squaring up to cal Mac at the end ,anyone think he would have did that if Broonie was still playing. Or a Roy Aitken , or a Davy hay . No chance . We have superior players to them but sticking the boot into them is a leveller , there’s my thoughts anyway .

  25. Am looking forward to some bear on bear action when they try to do their walk out today.

They really can’t help themselves. Were even fighting amongst themselves when they won the Covid title.

    😂😂😂

Be lucky if they get 25,000 today. Sales of Glasgow Warriors shirts must be going through the roof.

  27. thems believe they are getting an allocation for tpcoming glasgow derby,

tell me it is not so ?
