I agree that it was a Penalty Although, it was very soft. I haven’t watched the Reply correctly as I was only watching for the contact so i’m not sure on the position of the ball when the foul was made.
Please note: Craig Thompson had the Red Card out of his pocket before he put the whistle to his lips.

In my opinion that was a clear and unnecessary penalty. Any contact ( and knees clashed) will result in a penalty. Utterly brainless defending as it was 50-50 striker and goalie. Mostly strikers shire out of it.
