Leigh Griffiths has had plenty of uncomplimentary discourse written about him this season, most of it deserved, so it should be recorded that he was the first Hibs player to return applause in the direction of Celtic fans yesterday, closely followed by his team-mates.
This is the way football should be. For too long our game has been poisoned by the unique kind of rivalry you got in Scotland. More of the same, please.
You can contribute to the 1254125 1254125 call to ensure Celtic retain our affinity with our founding cause by buying a raffle ticket for a fabulous framed Celtic top, signed by the equally-fabulous Seville squad. Do it today.
Willie Wallace had a great time signing copies of his Heart of a Lion at Waterstons in East Kilbride and Falkirk this afternoon. East Kilbride was busier but the photos of stock Falkirk (below) before and after tells you all about his day. I hear our most recent treble winning captain came alone for a book at East Kilbride.
We’re at Waterstones, Stirling, on Thursday evening for late night shopping, will confirm times tomorrow. If you can’t make it along you can still order your signed copy below.

Bhoys and Ghirls ,
aint it great to be a TIM !
Big shout out and thanks to St Stivs and pals for helping with the leaflets today –
—–
pleasure, them two eejits were my big nephews, i allready left your stand with a hunners of leaflets, and them two came up to me saying, here higgie, we were told to give you more leaflets.
——————————-
this might sound daft , but between the leaflet handout and the bucket collections, if anyone want to experience the goodness, and diversity that is the celtic support, please take part sometime, you meet great people, you hear great stories, you meet old friends and pals from years gone bye, and others ask questions of you, go on, next time Sanna needs a leaflet handout , put your hands ups.
—————–
so today i have to say this, others experience may be different, but the HIBS supporters who came up aitkenhead road and into the main hampden car park were magnificent, i didnt get one negative comment, i got a lot of questions about what was i doing.
some guys tried to buy the kano scarfs, others tried to give me money, but honestly when i said “its a celtic thing, our guy is out in oz, had the worst of times, and now he is the patron of this thing to get kids to see football to see celtic”
they got it.
i was impressed with the hibees i met, that all i can say.
i also said hello to matt mcglone, maybe my comment didnt come across good, so apoligies if it wasnt.
best of today, the old fella, celtic bomber jacket skip hat, maybe your great grand daughter taking you, “so how long you been going ? how many cup finals ?
“first was 1938, exhibition cup final” ………….. thats respect.
also, the BHOY FROM DERRY, getting married next year, half the tables at the reception dedicated the KANO FOUNDATION, please as discussed make yourself known via the Fenlons.
To those who took a leaflet, thanks.
After the game, I had a few hundred leaflets to hand out, I am up in the top deck of the main stand what to do, easy peasy, captured audience, everyone who came down from section N got one. well done get some funds in, you know you can afford it cmon.
Walked to the centre stand, behind the meeja,
tapped Keevins and Duffy on the shoulder, with their cans on.
here Kano foundation, its about being a tim, tell it on the radio, i bet they didnae.
Wanyamas family outside, what beatiful people. he will be at celtic for a longtime if his brothers and sisters are an influence.
also, who ever found the boxes of t shirts, outside, and started handing them out, they were hibs tshirts, lol.
all in, great day out.

andy walker, went to give him a leaflet, gave me some black eyes look, ok, i walked into his photo, but lighten up. very very arsey, no need.

its harrasment, nothing less.

myself and 2 others were on the priority list and bought ss for next season, will hopefully get to about 10 games next season, will go to good homes when we cant make it.
know of another 2 (new) season ticket holders from priority list and on all the celtic sites all I read is people getting their kids etc… st. was hopeful we would get to 50,000 this season
i am. for the first time in years,
and one for a kid, and a teenager.
StephBhoy, if we get over 45,000 I’d be happy with that.
If we get above 50,000 I’d be very extreme lot so.
St Stivs
I walked into the car park from aitkenhead rd about 1:30. A guy handed me a leaflet… I took it and told him I already pledged a ticket.
away for the night, see yous all next season hail hail

I’m meeting Doc next week, he has offered to pass them onto CRC at 5s who we have just volunteered to ensure safe passage down to your neck of the woods.
Thanks Saint Stivs, hopefully we will get to meet up someday. Would have loved to have been there yesterday.

seriously, are you tony watt?
are you related to tony watt?
I would have stokes ahead of watt all day long and i’d have hooper and Sammy before him
he’s no bad, just no ready yet… I hope he is one day
StephBhoy, given the current economic climate I think the club were just trying to keep the ST holders they already have with the £100 reduction, any more is a bonus.
Joe filipis haircut, while I have plenty of respect for NL,feel your estimation places a huge amount on his shoulders,if he turns out to be half the manager Jock Stein was,he,and we,will be very fortunate, all in my humble opinion of course.
Corckcelt.
Enjoyed it, glad my bhoy went upstairs though.
Thought Gillian has lost too much weight.
The evil one plays a good part.
I’d recommend him a seat on the ibrokes board.HH

I have been perfectly civil with you throughout our exchanges, and to be totally honest with you I have grown tired of your tone ,lets just leave it at that.
Doc.

Saint Stivs – “if it was a fat , red faced , wee balloon of a guy that was me.”

Are you talking about the hun or the programme ;-))
Thoroughly enjoyable cup final were Brown and stokes were magnifico ! The after party celebrations in the Barras and candleriggs was epic and the Boady was feelin the pain this morning ooofffttt !!
Ps don’t like generalisation much as I personally think it’s wrong ! With regards to the hibbee debate sat nxt to a fine gentleman from the capital who was bedecked in the White Celtic cross strip and he and a half a dozen others travelled on a Hibs supporter pals bus to the game ! Funny how you always hear the bad stuff but never the positive outlook in life eh ! Ps I generally thought both supports were excellent and asked him to pass on my repects to his friends ! Peace be with you !
Anytime I hear Docs name mentioned in relation to 5s I automatically think

He’s a thug.

When I started reading Kojo’s posts, I found some of them (and his style) amusing ….. My impression changed to the point that I stopped reading them……I made the mistake of reading a recent one, which (as a Celtic Supporter) got me very angry………not to worry, despite my opinion he will be “still laughing” ……… LOL….!!!!
Sipsini, a great time was had by all, I think.
ACGR brought four bottles, not much left by the end.
He wore his Onsie walking from CowieBhoys house to mine on Sunday morning and came up on our bus to the Final.
St stivs
Two guys at the gate just off aitkenhead rd… I then walked up the road to the left that took me to the front of the main stand. I had my yellow green bay packers hat on and was listening to my music on my earphones so wasnt paying v much attention until the guy handed me the leaflet.
right offski,
i am worried about them there irish west islands fun and mental ists. getting on here and infiltrating us.
